Our exceptional and very spacious apartment (180 sqm) is located in a renovated attic in the heart of the old town. It offers plenty of space for 6 adults. The open ground floor with kitchen, living area, dining area, library, guest toilet and terrace invites you to relax. The upper floor houses 3 large bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom, as well as 1 additional bathroom. In two of the bedrooms, a baby crib or a folding bed for older children can be set up (€10/extra bed/night).

Modern design meets fantastic location: The 89m² apartment 'YOLO' can accommodate 2-5 people and is located in the exclusive apartment house "FIRST Sellin," which opened in 2018. The FIRST is one of the first addresses of the Baltic Sea resort Sellin and is only a few meters from the main beach and the historic pier. Unique highlights include the heated panoramic swimming pool and saunas on the roof of FIRST Sellin, as well as the outdoor pool in the dunes.

Das Ferienhaus Muscheltaucher (80 qm) ist ein Reetdachhaus mit Fußbodenheizung, Kaminofen und Sauna (Baujahr 2020). Es bietet eine gehobene, geschmackvolle und gemütliche Ausstattung. Eine Wärmepumpe sorgt für Heizung und Warmwasser (Ökostrom von EWS Schönau). WLAN und Netflix sind kostenlos verfügbar. Tierfreies Nichtraucherhaus. Für Kleinkinder ungeeignet: Das Schlafzimmer liegt im Obergeschoss und ist nur über eine Treppe ohne Schutz erreichbar.

Large south-west terrace by the pond. Ideal starting point for cycling and nature experiences. Dogs are welcome. Towels, sheets and parking included.

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.
