The small guest apartment in the The ground floor of our single-family home is in a prime location in Stralsund with a view of the Strelasund and the island of Rügen and direct access to the Baltic Sea coastal cycle path. It is a one-room apartment with a bathroom and a kitchenette, including a dishwasher and a fully automatic coffee machine. The apartment is comfortably furnished and spacious thanks to the cabinet bed, which can be folded up during the day. A baby crib is provided upon request.

There is plenty of space here for a good price. “Garten&Meer” has 65 m² and a separate entrance through its own garden. A private parking space is available directly in front of the house. It is very quiet, only neighboring traffic (branch road). It is located 5 km north of the Hanseatic city of Stralsund. It is only 6 km to the nearest guarded swimming spot (Stadtbad Stralsund).

The open ground floor with kitchen, living area, dining area, library, guest toilet and terrace invites you to relax. The upper floor houses 3 large bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom, as well as 1 additional bathroom. In two of the bedrooms, a baby crib or a folding bed for older children can be set up (€10/extra bed/night).

The Muscheltaucher vacation home (80 sqm) is a thatched-roof house with underfloor heating, a wood-burning stove, and a sauna (built in 2020). It offers upscale, tasteful, and cozy furnishings. A heat pump provides heating and hot water (green electricity from EWS Schönau). Wi-Fi and Netflix are provided free of charge. Animal-free non-smoking house. Not suitable for small children: The bedroom is on the upper floor and is only accessible via stairs without a safety gate.
