relax - leave all cares behind - make new discoveries a whitness of the 70's, renewed in 2003 my two-family house offers plenty of space for wellbeing. The house is located in the center of two-and-a-half-thousend square meter terrain with a privileged view of the lake. Two different sized rooms available, modern furnishings , modern bathrooms, large living area with fireplace inside, large outdoor terrace and garden. Please beware that I have animals (dog, cat) shopping and other local facilities Sports and a lot of sightseeing 10 km away from Constance, 60 km to Zürich Just come along to have a view :-)

Die liebevoll und hochwertig eingerichtete Gästewohnung wurde 2025 komplett saniert und neu eingerichtet. Sie liegt direkt am Radwegnetz (Pilger-Route 41) und ist ein idealer, ruhiger Rückzugsort. Das Naturschutzgebiet Bommer Weiher liegt direkt «vor der Haustüre», nur unweit davon entfernt die Lengwiler Weiher und der Bodensee.

Enjoy the walking distance to Konstanz in a unique duplex apartment! In the countryside and yet central. The lake, the lago and the old town, as well as the Kreuzlinger Boulevard or the carousel are minutes away on foot. Shopping - until 9 pm is possible daily.
