Parking space for camper/2-person tent/hammock

It's just a parking space ! You have to bring a caravan or motorhome :). Hammock/rack are here. Attention! The access is quite steep! Toilet, shower can be shared in the house. Water and electricity can be found between the garage doors. A small railway line runs between the garden and the lake, so there is no direct access to the lake. The train runs 4 times an hour, not at night. There is still a hut and a caravan on the premises, which may be occupied by guests.

Private Apartment at the Shore of Lake Constance

This nice and clean apartment is only 200m away from Lake Constance. Going for a swim is within 5-min walk. The apartment has its own entrance. It is a two-floor apartment (75 m²) with a big kitchen and bathroom in the basement. A stair leads to the second floor, with a big living room and the bedroom. In the bedroom there is a double bed. In the living room are two single beds. The apartment also has a balcony. The garden can also be used for recreation.

312: Space for everyone - spacious, bright and modern

The largest of our three apartments has space for eight people and impresses with its modern, individual furnishings on 135sqm. The large sunny southwest balcony is perfect for enjoying the sun. Northeast, the smaller balcony invites you to have breakfast in the morning sun and a shaded break during the day. A third balcony is facing east. In 5 minutes you can walk to the lake and the picturesque town center. Constance is only a few minutes away by car.

Charming and cozy country cottage

We are Rosa and Dieter and rent a small, cozy cottage, 50m² with three separate rooms. The house was built in 1800 and is the older part of a semi-detached house. The rooms are comfortable 1.85 to 2.05 m high. The shower and toilet are 1.8 m², small! The kitchen has 4 hobs and an oven underneath. There are shops in Siegershausen and in Berg 2 -3 km away. Lake Constance and Konstanz can be reached in 10 -15 minutes, also by public transport.

Stay in a circus wagon

The cozy atmosphere of the simple circus wagon harmoniously combines with the convenience of being able to use both the bathing pond and the sauna (1x free). The rural area invites you to linger and clear your head. What to expect: -a cozy circus wagon - A sauna with wood heating -an outdoor shower -our cats will visit you ;-) -Horses, donkeys, chickens and sheep are also at home here (not in the alpine period) -2 older bikes are available

Loft near Konstanz old town

The 135 m2 loft offers a unique living experience due to the size and room height. It can accommodate up to 8 people and is very centrally located right outside the gates of Konstanz's old town. Short distances to the recreation area in Kreuzlingen on Lake Constance and Konstanz with culture and city life guarantee a perfect stay. You can park your car directly at the house and explore the area on foot, by bike and public transport.

The detached house is available for private use and is located in the center of the village of the fishing village of Ermatingen. Thanks to its location in a courtyard, tranquility is guaranteed and at the same time the lake and swimming facilities are only a 2-minute walk away. The house has a south oriented garden seating area with appealing sunlight and lawn area.
