The largest of our three apartments can accommodate eight people and impresses with its modern, individual furnishings on 135 square meters. The large sunny southwest balcony is perfect for enjoying the sun. To the northeast, the smaller balcony invites you to breakfast in the morning sun and a shady break during the day. A third balcony faces east. In 5 minutes you can walk to the lake and the picturesque town center. Konstanz is just a few minutes away by car.

Stay in a circus wagon

The cozy atmosphere of the simple circus wagon combines harmoniously with the convenience of being able to share both the bathing pond and the sauna (1x free). The rural area invites you to linger and clear your head. What to expect: - A cozy circus wagon - A sauna with wood heating - an outdoor shower - Our cats will visit you ;-) - Horses, donkeys, chickens and sheep are also at home here (not in the alpine period) - 2 older bikes are available

Parking space for camper/2-person tent/hammock

It's just a parking space! You have to bring a caravan or motorhome :). Hammock/rack are here. Attention! The driveway is quite steep! Toilet, shower can be used in the house. Water and electricity can be found between the garage doors. Between the garden and the lake there is a small railway line, so no direct lake access. The train runs 4 times an hour, not at night. On the premises there is a hut and a caravan, which may be inhabited by guests.

Loft near Constance Old Town

The 135 m² loft offers a unique living experience due to the size and room height. It can accommodate up to 8 people and is very centrally located directly at the gates to the old town of Konstanz. Short distances to the recreational area in Kreuzlingen on Lake Constance and Konstanz with culture and city life guarantee a perfect stay. You can park your car right by the house and explore the surroundings on foot, by bike and by public transport.

Charming and cozy country cottage

We are Rosa and Dieter and rent a small, cozy cottage, 50 m² with three separate rooms. The house was built in 1800 and is the older part of a semi-detached house. The rooms are cozy 1.85 to 2.05 m high. The shower and toilet are 1.8 m², small! The kitchen has 4 hobs and an oven underneath. Shopping is available in Siegershausen and in Berg 2 -3 km away. Lake Constance and Konstanz can be reached in 10-15 minutes, also by public transport.

Apartment with a double bedroom overlooking the beautiful undersea. The apartment has its own kitchen with all necessary cooking utensils. In the living room there is a large sofa bed for two persons. The modern studio is rounded off by a large seating area facing south and a private balcony facing the lake. The apartment is quietly located and offers a lot of privacy.

The apartment is located in an old house on the attic floor. From the small balcony you have a beautiful view of the Untersee, a part of beautiful Lake Constance. The house is right next to the Vinorama Museum, 150 m from the lakeshore. It is 300 m to the town center. It is approx. 800 m to the train station. There are shops a 7-minute walk away.
