Parking space for camper/2-person tent/hammock

It's just a parking space ! You have to bring a caravan or motorhome :). Hammock/rack are here. Attention! The access is quite steep! Toilet, shower can be shared in the house. Water and electricity can be found between the garage doors. A small railway line runs between the garden and the lake, so there is no direct access to the lake. The train runs 4 times an hour, not at night. There is still a hut and a caravan on the premises, which may be occupied by guests.

Treat yourself to a relaxing break at Lake Constance. You are surrounded by fantastic walking, hiking and biking trails. Konstanz is 15 minutes walking or 2 stations by train from nearby train station (Tägerwilen-Gottlieben.) Lake Constance is a 3-minute walk away. The island of Reichenau can also be reached in just 10 minutes by car. There is a large parking space around the corner. (free overnight) In our apartment, there are also 2 friendly cats at home.

Ground floor: Tea kitchen with stairs to the open floor = 1 bed (140x200), 1 single bed. For bookings of up to 3 people, these two rooms and the bathroom will be offered for your exclusive use. From 4 people, there is room no. 2, through room to the bathroom with sofa bed (140 x 200), 1 single bed, 1 single sofa bed. From 7 people, there is a third, small room with a bed 140x200 cm. The rooms listed are always for the sole use of the guests.
