Our modern apartment is located on the ground floor and has space for (4 guests+1 child). With 50m² and 2.5 rooms, the apartment offers electric blinds, free Wi-Fi and a parking space in the underground garage. There is a spacious terrace, a modern bathroom with shower and a modern living-dining area with great kitchen. Home office is of course possible. Relaxation is guaranteed in this historic building, which was completely renovated in 2023 and is right on the waterfront with various leisure activities in the immediate vicinity. Apartment 3 is ideal for 2 guests. In addition, 2 more people can be placed on the sofa bed. The apartment faces north with a view of the lake.

We are Rosa and Dieter and rent a small, cozy cottage, 50m² with three separate rooms. The house was built in 1800 and is the older part of a semi-detached house. The rooms are comfortable 1.85 to 2.05 m high. The shower and toilet are 1.8 m², small! The kitchen has 4 hobs and an oven underneath. There are shops in Siegershausen and in Berg 2 -3 km away. Lake Constance and Konstanz can be reached in 10 -15 minutes, also by public transport.
