Herzlich willkommen in unserem kleinen Paradies! Wir haben uns über die letzten Jahre ein kleine Oase erschaffen, in der es uns an nichts mehr gefehlt hat. Von Gästezimmer, über Sauna, Whirlpool, Glamping Dome, Pavillon und Outdoor Küche umfasst unser Garten alles was man für eine gemütliche Zeit braucht. Wir wohnen am Rande einer sehr kleinen Ortschaft, etwa 14 kilometer vom Bodensee entfernt. Der Garten ist umgeben von Natur und hier in der Region lassen sich viele schöne Dinge unternehmen.

The fully equipped kitchen, the separate bathroom with a walk-in shower and the cozy living-room/dining area as well as the comfy double bed are inviting you to fully relax and enjoy yourself. Ermatingen is a picturesque fisher village with beautiful walking routes, a few restaurants and the bike-road directly in front of the house. We offer secure parking in our garage for 1 car.

Our modern apartment is located on the ground floor and has space for (4 guests+1 child). With 50m² and 2.5 rooms, the apartment offers electric blinds, free Wi-Fi and a parking space in the underground garage. There is a spacious terrace, a modern bathroom with shower and a modern living-dining area with great kitchen. Home office is of course possible. The proximity to Germany, Lake Constance and the mountains rounds off the stay in our apartment. We look forward to seeing you!

The apartment is located directly in the center of Kreuzlingen. From here you can reach Konstanz or Lake Constance in 5 minutes. The Kreuzlingen-Konstanz region on Lake Constance offers a large offer for large and small. The apartment was completely renovated in 2021 due to the preserved old building character and the large terrace, a tram-like apartment with modern comforts. Full kitchen with oven, microwave and dishwasher. The shower room also has the washing machine.
