Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

The spacious apartment on the ground floor (70sqm) is fundamentally renovated and has a very special charisma due to the combination of old and new. It is ideal to put up to your feet after a bike ride. On the small terrace overlooking the flowers and vegetable garden you can enjoy the atmosphere or end the day in the evening in front of the cozy wood stove.

The modern residential unit consists of upcycling overseas containers. The used freight containers have found a new home with us - a safe harbor in Wertheim. The creative upcycling idea not only benefits our environment, but also you. The Tiny House offers you everything you expect from a modern microhouse on 26m². A kitchenette, a private terrace, a lighted parking space right outside the front door and the good feeling of living in your own house.

Our apartment is located near the Maintalradweg and has a large well-equipped kitchen with modern furnishings, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower. The sofa can also be used by one person. Free Wi-Fi and smart TV are available. Private parking is available right in front of the house. Bed linen and towels included. Wertheim Village and restaurants, L'Osteria are a few minutes' walk away. It is 1500 meters from the A3 highway.
