Das Sofa ist zusätzlich für eine Person nutzbar. W-Lan und Smart-TV kostenfrei verfügbar. Eigener PKW-Stellplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Bettwäsche und Handtücher inklusive. Wertheim Village und Restaurants, L'Osteria in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Von der Autobahn A3 sind es 1500 Meter.

The house is situated in a rural district, in a quiet residential area. To Wertheim Reinhardshof about 6 km, Wertheim city center 10 km, Wertheim Village 16 km. To the Tauber Valley cycle path approx. 2 km, to the Main Valley cycle path approx. 10 km. The surroundings, Spessart and Odenwald are very popular with hikers. Many attractions are in the vicinity. We are happy to help you plan your excursions. In the village there is a bakery with groceries. The closest supermarket is 6 km away.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

The apartment was completely renovated in 2022 and invites both for a short and a longer stay. Due to the advantageous layout with 3 rooms, the apartment is suitable for maximum occupancy not only for a single family, but also for 2 couples, for example.

Idyllic tiny house in the middle of nature, on the edge of the Snow White town of Lohr am Main. In the house, built in 2022, there is a living area, kitchen, bathroom and a cozy bedroom in the attic. The private terrace overlooking the Spessart Forest invites you to dream. The hiking trail starts right outside the door. Two-legged friends are rarely seen here, but four-legged friends are. Our small zoo consists of dogs, cats and mini pigs.

The renovated holiday home "La cour de l ´Atelier" belongs to an old farm with special charm. This includes a large meadow property and fruit trees. Gemütliche Dachgeschosswohnung am Fuße der Burg im Herzen der Wertheimer Altstadt in direkter Nachbarschaft zur Kilianskapelle und Stiftskirche. Der Marktplatz ist ca. 50m entfernt und alle Geschäfte und Restaurants sind problemlos zu Fuß erreichbar. In direkter Nachbarschaft ist ein Parkplatz vorhanden. Es ist ein ebenerdiger Fahrradkeller (4 Stufen) für Fahrräder vorhanden. E-Bikes können kostenfrei gelagert und geladen werden.
