The place was beautiful, and the view from the balcony was absolutely amazing. I traveled by car, so the location was perfect for visiting Interlaken, Lucerne, and Zurich. It was a comfortable and convenient stay — highly recommended if you’re exploring the area by car!

We had a great stay here for 4 days. The place is very nice, spacious, clean and comfortable. It was also nice having the extra half bathroom. On a different note, a washing machine and dryer is listed in the amenities, but you have to pay to use them. This was not mentioned. Quiet time starts at 10 pm and with that the hot water is shut off. If this was listed in the description, I would rate this a 10/10 place. I still highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I couldn’t believe what we were seeing as we drove up —absolutely stunning views that set the perfect tone for our stay. The drive to the home alone is worth mentioning, with breathtaking scenery all along the way. As soon as we walked in, we were immediately impressed by how spotless everything was, and the view from inside the home was just as incredible. The space has a modern cabin feel that was cozy and stylish. It’s incredibly peaceful, making it the perfect place to truly disconnect and unwind. Everything was comfortable and well-maintained; we didn’t have any issues during our stay. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, and made it clear they were available if we needed anything, which made us feel even more at ease. If you’re looking for a quiet retreat with access to nature, there are some great hiking and biking trails nearby. We highly recommend this place and would definitely come back! Marc, Michael, & Peter were amazing hosts. This was our first AirB&B experience and now we’re hooked! The place is exactly as described, so there were no surprises. Check in was the easiest experience I’ve had. We’ve never used a bus system before, so we were a little apprehensive at first. Don’t make the mistake we did by dragging our luggage from the train station for 10 minutes (we loved to call it the walk of shame🤣). The buses literally tilt down a little, so you can pull all that overpacked luggage on easily. The bus stop closest to the house is called “Rank” in Horw. The Train & bus system in Switzerland is mind blowing efficient. You’ll probably never experience anything like it elsewhere in the world. They even brought us fresh mint from their garden for us to make mint tea, when we were feeling sick.

We stayed at Patrick’s place for 3 nights and our stay was absolutely wonderful. It was our first time in Switzerland and right from the time we booked his place, he helped with several questions we had. The place itself was extremely clean, well equipped and perfect for our family!! We will definitely come back here if we ever come back to Switzerland!

Kleine, aber sehr feine, tolle Unterkunft in super zentraler Lage. Wir hatten zwei tolle Tage in Luzern in Edgars Unterkunft.

Hemos pasado dos días muy agradables en el apartamento. Los niños dormían en el sofá cama que era muy cómodo y seguíamos teniendo otro sofá disponible (casi nunca es así) y el espacio era muy amplio y cómodo. Todo estaba muy ordenado y limpio. Ellos siempre muy atentos a los mensajes y flexibles con el cambio en el horario de llegada. Muchas gracias!

This place is perfect for any solo traveller that’s looking for a budget-friendly stay in Luzern. It is very clean, with the sheets smelling of fresh linen and everything is spotless! The studio is a short walk from the bus stop, where you can easily get to central Luzern and explore what the area has to offer. Reina was a wonderful host, who always checked on me and showed me the place when I checked in. I will definitely stay here the next time I’m in Luzern not only for the convenient location, but also for Reina’s wonderful hospitality.

Felt at home, with all the amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. Cool environment with adequate ventilation in the basement (provide much neaded relief from the summer heat). Walkable to the train station, from which to explore Lucerne and surrounding mountains & lake. Grocery shops (Denner & Aldi) and a bakery nearby for quick bike or brunch. Friendly and responsive host.

Our stay with Bettina was amazing! She provided local recommendations for hikes and it was a very smooth process to check in. The convenience of the grocery store across the street and bus station was also very helpful since we did not rent a car. Another plus was that the kitchen was fully stocked with plates, forks, dishes. Everything was very clean. We would stay here again.

Dieter and Sylvia’s apartment is incredible, more beautiful than pictured, on an aquamarine lake with views of snowcapped peaks, farmhouse-dotted mountains, and windsurfers whipping around like dragon flies. We would have happily sat on the patio all day. Or better yet, on the stone steps with our feet in the lake! When time came to go indoors, each room was tasteful and comfortable, with big windows and phenomenal views. The kitchen is well designed, equipped with everything you need. And the apartment was spotlessly clean. There is a ton to do in the area and the town of Flüelen is relaxed and easy. We hope to come back to experience it in winter! Dieter and Sylvia were very generous with their attention, making sure our needs were met in the apartment and pointing us in the direction of special activities outside. Their kindness and hospitality made a big impression on us. This is a magical place. Hands down, our best AirBnB ever.

Maya was an incredibly responsive and helpful host, making sure we had everything we need. The chalet was beautiful, with amazing views, and was well equipped with everything you could ever need for a holiday, and more!

Check-in and checkout was smooth. Washer/dryer on site in the building which is helpful. Good location, close to the city centre. Clean unit. Hosts were communicative.

Great location and place to stay. We absolutely enjoyed it and wish we had more time there.

Our stay at Hugo’s place at willisau was amazing First of all a big big thankyou to Hugo he was always available on the phone for any issues and was very helpful in answering our queries The apartment is nice roof top place few minutes away from train station which makes commuting very easy and convenient The apartment is also walking distance to old town willisau which has lot of great eating places Hugo arranged a taxi ride back to airport for us and personally came down to bid us a good bye. INCREDIBLE!! The photos don’t do justice to just how truly incredible this place is. I would recommend 10/10 times and would come back in a second. Marlise, her husband Chrigel and son Mike were all incredibly kind and welcoming, helping us get a more local experience. The apartment itself has everything you need, and is located just a 10-15 minute walk from the train/boat station, restaurants and grocery stores. The hot tub/ sauna and outdoor shower, mixed with the view make this place a relaxing paradise.

This may have been the coolest place I have ever stayed! You should absolutely book this place if you have the opportunity. The hot tub alone has a perfect view of Staubbachfall while you are in it, and a really cool light setup - the waterfall is also lit up at night! This place was truly magical! Inside was amazingly cozy, and had all you could need for a stay like this. The deck had a perfect view of the valley with an amazing place to wake up every morning and drink coffee. The hosts were absolutely wonderful! I ran into some issues with Airbnb (no fault of theirs) and they went out of their way to help us and solve the issue! Truly some of the best hosts I’ve ever experienced! Very responsive through messaging, and were wonderful showing us the place. I would definitely book here again and hope to.

We had a wonderful experience at this Airbnb! The place was spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed – very well-equipped. The views were lovely and the location was perfect and peaceful. Our host was incredibly welcoming and helpful – she made us feel right at home and was always there if we had any questions or needed anything. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area! ❤️

Wir waren 3 Tage mit einem Kleinkind da. Alles war super! Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hat für unser Kind schon alles im Vorfeld vorbereitet: eine Reisebett mit Bettwäsche, Hochstuhl (mit altersentsprechendem Geschirr, Besteck, Lätzchen…etc), Wickelplatz und viele Spielzeuge!! Die Wohnung ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist ruhig, vor dem Haus gibt es Besucherparkplätze. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und würden gerne nochmal kommen.

Wir (Familie mit zwei Kindern 6 & 7 Jahre) haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war sehr gemütlich, geräumig und mit allem Benötigten ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Besonders Freude hatten wir an den beiden lieben, extrem kinderfreundlichen und zutraulichen Hunden. Gerne wieder.
