We had a wonderful 2 weeks with our family in this house. Had super nice weather and everything you can think of was present in the house of Natalija and her family. Close to Labin, I think one of the best located places in Istria! We enjoyed the beach in Rabac, good restaurants nearby and from here very exploring Istria, Rovinj, Pula etc. Also seen the plitvice lakes and that is 5 hours up and down but worth it. Had a very nice time! Thank you!

Wonderful stay – highly recommended! We had a great stay at the place. The villa was very clean, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need. The location was ideal – quiet, but still close to the sea The check-in went smoothly and Gabi was always friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable and would definitely come back!

We had a great week in Croatia. The house is clean and matched the pictures. Unfortunately, we had a few inconveniences, like a horrid nest, but Miro took care of it right away and always went out of his way. Unfortunately, our pool was tilted on the penultimate day and we could no longer go swimming, for this we easily got a refund. The house is very large and has a great, very well maintained outdoor area. We will be happy to come back!😍

This place is highly recommended! When we arrived, we immediately felt comfortable. The area is very rural, green and quiet. The accommodation is very stylish with many warm colors - perfect to get away from everyday life. Overall, the accommodation is very spacious due to the three different levels. We couldn't figure out where to heat the pool, but we were always in the whirlpool anyway. A perfect accommodation for us. However, we would recommend a maximum of 4 adults, otherwise you would have to share a room.

Great holiday home, has everything you need and it’s really nice to stay there. Everything is clean and well-kept, and the location is peaceful, perfect for relaxing. The host is very friendly, responds quickly, and is easy to communicate with. We recommend it and will definitely come back!

We were a family of four with two children in this house. We didn't miss anything. The accommodation was not only beautifully furnished, it was also super clean and everything we needed was there. We especially enjoyed the mornings in the garden: with breakfast on the terrace and lots of fun in the pool. Dennis was a wonderful host. He was always around when we had questions. The fact that the cottage was in his garden was no problem at all. We had absolute privacy and never felt like we were being watched. Of course, the house is not huge and the space was quite manageable for four. But since we were actually only in the house to sleep and otherwise always outside, the size did not bother us at all. Novigrad is a beautiful, quiet town. We all felt completely comfortable there.

We were very lucky to spend our holidays in this beautiful house in Rovinj, and it was undoubtedly the most beautiful cottage we have ever been to. The garden is a true oasis – lovingly maintained, with many shaded places that invite you to linger. Our kids spent every day in the pool and had an incredible amount of fun. The house itself is superbly equipped. The attention to detail and the high comfort make the stay particularly pleasant. Everything has been thought of here to give guests a perfect holiday. The location is ideal: the house offers a lot of privacy, and yet you are close enough to town to reach everything comfortably. All the important things for everyday needs are very close. A big thank you also to the landlady, who was available to help us at all times. Her warmth and helpfulness made our stay even more beautiful.

We spent a week over New Year's Eve at Jure's house and enjoyed the time very much. Jure's house is a little off the road, but so central that all necessary places were quick and easy to reach. The property is completely enclosed, which was very pleasant for our dog. The house is situated in a beautiful garden and has everything that is needed. The underfloor heating was particularly pleasant now in winter. The contact with Jure was straightforward. He was on vacation himself during our stay, but a friend gave us the key and provided us with all the necessary information. Nevertheless, Jure was always available to us and provided us with restaurant tips. We can well imagine spending another vacation in Jure's house.

Insect screens in front of the bedroom windows and a TV in each bedroom would be nice. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

This home is the perfect location for anyone looking to get away from the crowds and enjoy your own private slice of Croatian paradise on the Istrian peninsula while still being close to several wonderful attractions, like the old city of Rovinj and the hill town of Motovun. The home and surrounding yard have everything you need including several outdoor locations to sit and relax while soaking up the ambience. Enjoy your coffee or wine while listening to the birds and enjoying the view of the olive trees and lavender plants. The hosts couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. We really appreciated their hospitality, local recommendations, and personal touch. The best Airbnb experience we've had.

Olya's Motovun home is a beautiful space located on a quiet pedestrian path, just below a charming church, bell tower, and one of the town's gates. It’s impeccably designed, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully curated. Highly recommend either the entire home - if it suits your party size - or the downstairs apartment.

We really enjoyed the time and place. The kids had space to play and be easy. The house is located in a village where it is not flooded with tourism. The surrounding area is authentic and really beautiful. The house is nicely decorated, wonderful and lavishly renovated. The ground floor on the ground floor is made of stone, so it was quite cool, certainly great in the summer and we had slippers with us for this time of year. The electricity in the village went out once, Neven was there immediately on the holiday and took care of the public network repair within a few hours. Communication was easy, friendly, open, and warm. We felt really comfortable and were able to enjoy it very much and happily extended our meals under the fig tree 🙂

If you are looking for a different rental, this is the one for you. It’s miles away from the standard ikea furnished rental, it has tons of charm (both from the period it was built and the care from the owner), it secluded, and it’s challenging your habits. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is great. The terrasse is awesome. Marina sent lots of instructions and was easy to reach. Highly recommend

Gloria and Alen were wonderful hosts! This place is truly exceptional—we loved the style of the house, and it’s the perfect spot to relax and enjoy nature. We’ll definitely be coming back; it’s earned a spot on our top list!

We were welcomed by the owners Carmen and your family in a very friendly way and enjoyed cheese, ham and drinks in the fridge and a bread (thank you so much, we have never experienced that before!!). The family speaks good English. The house is very nice and sparkling clean, all appliances incl. Wifi works fine. The family runs a climbing garden with a fast food restaurant in Kringa. The sea with beautiful cities can be reached by car in about 25 minutes. We can also recommend the Istrian prosciutto house (shopping and tasting) and the restaurant and pizzeria Tinjanski Vijulin (both in the neighboring village of Tinjan) and the restaurant Konoba Danijeli in Kringa. We enjoyed our stay, are well rested and will be happy to come back. Hvala!

We had a super nice holiday, the place was exactly as described! The host and also the property manager were always available, accommodating and extremely friendly. Due to my strenuous job, we wanted something luxurious to unplug - and that is exactly what we got. Not for party people, wonderfully secluded and quiet. The equipment was high quality, it was sparkling clean, the pool was professionally cleaned every 2 days - and unobtrusive without disturbing. Spacious outdoor area that invites you to linger. Great interior, great amenities that leave nothing to be desired. Inside and outside, a top outdoor kitchen and comfortable beds complete the overall package. We will definitely return. It's nicer than the pictures, I promise! We left the place with a damp eye today and already miss it. Best regards from Tina, Lukas, Emma and Henri - see you next year!

An enchanting place right in the center of istria, very comfortable to explore the whole region. Ivan and Tatiana are very friendly and ready to give great discovery tips. The intimate house, collected, made of stone and with everything you need to relax after a day of discovery. Great experience!

We had a great time at Sara's house, it's our favorite from our entire stay in Croatia! It is a haven of peace among the olive trees, quiet, and there is everything you need on site: a barbecue and an outdoor table, a covered terrace, everything you need for cooking and the bedding is very comfortable. The air conditioning was much appreciated because it was hot. Sara is very responsive through the app, we were able to chat when needed. Perfect location to visit Istria, I recommend it!

Villa Motovun is one of the most beautiful houses we’ve stayed in. The house has been renovated with such care to detail, it has kept the traditional character but is completely modernised with all amenities you would need. We loved the colour schemes, the materials used. It was so comfortable, with many seating areas, very comfortable, large beds (super important!), every room with en-suite bathroom. The views from the terrace of the Mirna valley and Groznjan in the distance are stunning. We loved having the little heated pool, the sauna and the pool table. The local wine ‘mini bar’ was also nice and we could help ourselves to a bottle of local Malvasia or Teran. All in all a gem in a beautiful medieval hilltop town, walkable to some really good restaurants serving amongst other things, local homemade pasta with truffles, or wild asparagus in the spring. Thank you Zeljko for your hospitality. We hope to be back again soon.
