We had a really nice time at Old Mulberry House! The house was very clean and tidy and the pool was perfect in warm weather. The location was great for our stay. Slightly quieter and secluded, but all places and shopping were quick to reach. Tomi was very friendly, always responded quickly to our questions and recommended us some nice restaurants and places. We would book the house again at any time and highly recommend it!

Gloria and Alen are wonderful and helpful hosts. The villa is a dream, everything is just right here. If you haven't been here yet, you should come, and if you've already been here, you'll come back anyway. We had a wonderful vacation and can recommend this villa one hundred percent!

We had a wonderful time in the house. The property is super large and just as pictured. If you are looking for a quiet area and relaxation, this is the place to be. The owners are extremely friendly and accommodating. It is also highly recommended for families with children! Overall an incredibly great vacation rental.

We were able to book the accommodation with Silvana at very short notice and everything went extremely smoothly. The on-site contact with Sandro was super friendly and always super fast. We loved the tranquility, the large pool, and the fenced garden with our dogs. The only downside is the distance (about 20/25 minutes) to the sea. We definitely recommend the place:)

The Villa is beautiful. The architecture, design and build is first rate. The interior design is soothing and comfortable. A mix of stone farmhouse and modern mediterranean. Everything was very high quality and most impressive. The location and views are amazing. The pool and pool house are stunning. The landscape is very well done, the garden ( we did pick tomatoes, watermelon, baby carrots and shallots, after we asked if it was ok) is lovely. The grapes were picked during our stay and one of our group helped out ( for about 15 minutes, ha ha). The only minor drawback were the bugs. Evidently late Sept early Oct. is the season for a particular bug. No big thing. I highly recommend the Villa and thank you Andreas and Hana.

We enjoyed a great time in the villa Aurelia. The house is perfect for many people with all the equipments needed. On top you can enjoy good time with the table tennis, snooker or the jacuzzi. The place is very quiet and well located close to Labin old center and all the shops. Zoran was a very nice host, always reactive with very good recommendations in the area!

Beautiful villa ! Very clean and very modern ! We enjoyed the sauna and pool to the fullest. The kids loved the PS4 (beware, only 1 controller)😄. We solved the flying problem by only leaving the terrace door open, which had curtains. These kept most of the flies outside and it was still able to keep the door open. BBQ charcoal, lighters & co had to be bought, - was not on site. Salt, pepper, oil, etc. was also not available. Ivana gave us tips for excursions and was very kind. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed our vacation very much! I couldn't find a walker's route from the village, so I always had to drive away to walk the dog. The property was perfect though. Nice big and closed so our little dog could jump around freely.

Jerini is amazing! A beautiful blend of old and new - it’s even better than the photos. We were really comfortable, had everything we needed. cooked with the BBQ and used the pool, hot tub and sauna every day. This was a ‘babymoon’ holiday for us and it was just the relaxing break we were looking for. With a hire car we were able to visit all the towns on Krk and restaurants and supermarkets are near by, too. We would definitely visit again!

Villa Faloniga is simply sensationally beautiful and you just notice that the house is only 2 years old and no costs have been spared in the well thought out construction. The workmanship and amenities are simply top notch, not to mention the quiet location and views over the vineyards 😍 The hosts are also available 24/7 and are happy to help at any time. A stay with a baby is also not a problem. We would like to provide us with a baby cot, as well as a high chair by the host. We can only recommend the villa and are considering coming back for the next few years.

Our vacation was just beautiful. Already upon arrival, it took our breath away, because the villa is fantastically located with a magnificent view over the Adriatic. Just relax! The pictures didn't promise too much, it was all as described. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and from each room you have a fantastic view of the sunrise. The house is fully air-conditioned and the kitchen is well equipped. From the pool you have a fantastic view of the sea! Thank you for this great family vacation. We will never forget it!

Great villas private felt safe and a short ride to everything a+++

Everything was just perfect. We were 11 people and we had the best time. Igor, the host, was super kind, he organized taxis for us, gave us great tips and was super responsive. And the house is simply beautiful, with beautiful landscape and a lot to do. We were playing volleyball and golf, had a bbq evening and were relaxing in jacuzzi. Worth the price, cannot wait to visit again.

Absolutely fantastic! The villa was not only beautiful and well equipped, but also extremely clean and well maintained. The private pool was an absolute highlight and gave us many relaxing hours. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful. From the first moment they made us feel welcome. They were always available for questions and had great tips for excursions in the surrounding area. We immediately felt at home in the villa and were able to fully enjoy our holiday. We would book this villa again anytime and would highly recommend it. Amazing and beautiful house! Exactly like in the pictures. So much details, nice decoration and very well equipped with everything you need. You immediately feel at home. We stayed here with friends and a dog and it was absolutely great! Also thanks for the delicious welcome apple pie! Every bedroom has his own bathroom which is really comfortable. One little thing is the basement room with the fitness equipment seems a bit cluttered and full with things that are not really needed. The treadmill is sorry to say garbage 🙈 The pool is not heated so it can be quite refreshing 😉 We really had a wonderful stay at can 100% recommend this house!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this villa. The house is great with comfy beds and great facilities, and the pool area was perfect for relaxing. Mirjana and her family were fantastic hosts and really helpful, and even bought round cheese, meats and pancakes. Their restaurant is only a couple of doors down and absolutely delicious so be sure to take a visit there. Definitely would come back!

My stay in this beautiful house deserves 5 stars. Communication was simple and Alenka responded extremely quickly to all our inquiries. The house is beautiful and fully equipped with everything you may need during your stay in this peaceful and natural environment. The location is perfect for accessing any coastal part of Istria within a maximum of 30 minutes drive. I highly recommend it!

What you see is what you get. Those who seek peace and nature will be happy here. Swallows circling the pool, birds that have long since died out elsewhere, and pheasants, badgers, and deer along the roadside. When we were at the house, we always ate on the beautiful terrace and enjoyed the shade under the walnut tree. The pool was cleaned regularly and we liked it very much. About the house: we felt comfortable immediately. The renovated old stone house with its beautiful roof beams and the modern furnishings complement each other perfectly. 3 real bathrooms (3 showers) for 4 people are more than enough and these are also wonderfully clean. Otherwise: very well equipped with everything you need. We enjoyed our time at Valentina's very much and will be happy to come back. Conclusion: a great accommodation in the heart of Istria's original nature. Ideal for relaxation and excursions in the nearby and further surroundings. Recommended!

The contact before check-in was always friendly and helpful. The reception on site and the tour of the house was very warm. All rooms were clean and corresponded to the pictures in the description. The garden was huge and just right equipped for children. The pool and terrace were clean and very welcoming. For the children there were also toys in the house. Wood and lighters were available for the indoor and outdoor fireplace. The surroundings were quiet and located in the middle of nature. The grounds were completely fenced and the garden was nicely laid out. The kitchen was great, everything was available. All rooms were modernly decorated and cozy. In the evening, the pool and garden were chicly lit. For questions or the like, the landlady was always available and could help and give tips for things like activities. We would book the house again and again and enjoyed the stay.

We were there as a family (5 adults, 1 two-year-old, 1 dog) and it was a dream! The villa is surrounded by a beautiful, semi-shady garden and is absolutely quiet. The whole house was perfectly clean and the kitchen is more than well equipped. You really don't need to take anything with you. There are also plenty of towels per person. All of us slept excellently, grilling worked well, air conditioning gives off a lot of gas. There were even play options like a slide and a playhouse for our son! The possibility of washing your laundry is also practical. The property is also fenced all around, so the dog cannot go on an excursion alone. All in all, absolutely recommended :)

We enjoyed the time in Danilo's vacation home. Especially in the beautifully situated, secluded garden, we were able to relax very well with our dog and baby. Especially in the shade of the great olive trees, it was very cozy. The kitchen is very well equipped, so we also liked to cook. Only the bedroom could be made a little more cozy.
