Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home in Västerkälen outside Krokom. The house is out in the countryside with no neighbors, except for the residential building. Close to the mountain world, fishing and berry picking. About 1 hour by car to magical mountain world summer and winter, about 25 minutes by car to central Östersund with a large selection of restaurants and other pleasures. Large and nice sauna is available in the yard, we charge a fee for those who are paid in advance. Animals are allowed, but not cats due to allergies.

A nice one-bedroom apartment (15 sqm) with kitchenette and bathroom (shower and washing machine) located on the lake property in Lugnvik with lovely views of Storsjön lake and its own jetty. The apartment is located separately with own entrance. The furnishings with a sofa bed, small table and two chairs, household utensils and a smaller sink and fridge. A set of bedding and towels is included. Bicycle distance to the center of Östersund (about 5 km) and good bus connection is available. Free parking of a car in the yard. REGARDS, JOHAN

Paradise at Kallsjöen

The rice trap in Åre municipality is a paradise both in summer and winter. Bright and nice summer evenings around the fire pit, snowmobile and winter activities in winter. Kallsjön is located just outside the living room window, with possibility of fishing. Hunting terrain in the hills and mountains all around. Amazing view out to the sea and Åreskutan. 12km to Järpen city center Possibility of cross country skiing in light trail, swimming pool and Curlinghall. 19 km to Huså, 30 km to Åre/Bjørnen, which is known for its slalom slopes.

Relax in this unique and quiet home located only 15 min from Östersund and 25 min from Åre/Östersund airport. 1h drive to Åre or Bydalen. The cottage is located on the south-facing shore of the Great Lake. Linen and towels is included in the price. Friggebod with 4 extra beds. Canoe and wood-fired hot tub are available to rent for an additional cost and as agreed. Wood is not included in the price. Available for purchase at, for example, gas stations. Two of the rooms have a double bed and the possibility to close the door. The other two are separated from living room. The 1st floor has a bathroom with shower and separate shower in the laundry room. Plan 2 has its own toilet. Well-equipped kitchen with entrance to separate cold coffee shop. High chair and play corner.

Dubbelsäng i det större sovrummet, en 140 cm säng i det mindre sovrummet. Den del som ej uthyres består av tvättstuga och förrådsutrymmen. Enkel uteplats för morgonkaffet. Stor gräsmatta med utrymme för lek. Tillgång till gungor, klätterställning och studsmatta.
