The approx. 65 sqm apartment consists of a beautiful bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a comfortable double bed and in the living room, the couch is pull-out for two more sleeping places. Parking would be possible without any hassle in front of the property at no extra cost. For motorcycles, parking is also possible under the roof on the property.

Barbecuing can be done on solid ground (observe the forest fire warning level) or sports can be played on the adjacent meadow. The quiet atmosphere allows a lot of relaxation.

The apartment has one bedroom, a kitchen-living room and a bathroom. The bedroom overlooking the garden is very bright and friendly through two windows. There is a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a 140 bed. The bathroom with window has a bathtub, 80 liters of hot water and a shower curtain. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a ceramic stovetop with oven. It is equipped with pots and dishes. A dining table, couch and pantry are also available.

In a quietly located garden house you can enjoy your stay undisturbed. The garden house has a toilet with sink and a passage to the shower. In addition, you have a well-equipped kitchenette. Air conditioning is available for warm seasons. The couch is also a double bed and can be converted in a short time. Storage for bicycles/motorcycles is possible. The apartment is located in the attic in our residential building right at the foot of the Hutberg. It has a small hallway, a spacious living room with open fully equipped fitted kitchen and a dining area overlooking the Hutberg. The bedroom with a double bed, closet and chest of drawers overlooks the Walberg. The bathroom is very small, equipped with shower , toilet and small sink.
