"Hunsrück Valley View" Holiday Home with SAUNA

A two-bedroom stylish and comfortable holiday apartment for up to four, with a terrace and picture-perfect view of the valley and mountains below. A cedar barrel sauna is available (at extra cost). The entire apartment was renovated in March 2024, including a new sauna oven (it gets really, really hot now), acoustic paneling, new kitchen with Bosch appliances (oven, dishwasher), rain-water shower, a washing machine with dryer, and new beds. You can also visit our herd of Scottish Highlanders!

Our wooden house (on the outskirts) offers tranquility and relaxation on 110 m². The terraces, a large balcony and a beautiful garden guarantee relaxing hours. From here you can start hiking, biking and sightseeing tours. The Hunsrück offers an infinite number of beautiful excursion destinations. The Moselle and Rhine are very close. Trier, Mainz, Koblenz, Cochem, as well as the German gemstone city of Idar-Oberstein, to name just a few examples, are also in the vicinity.

Closed apartment on the 1st floor of our house. Smart TV (Sky, DAZN) living room, TV in bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, sofa can be used as a sofa bed for one person, covered balcony overlooking Moselhöhe, bicycle, motorcycle garage, toddler beds and high chairs on request, playground, bicycle path directly from the house, parking, supermarkets 800 m, path to the city without inclines, children are welcome! Guest fee/guest card included in the price.

Gut Hödeshof is located on a hill near Traben-Trarbach and is the perfect starting point for hikers and cyclists. Discover idyllic hiking trails—including part of the famous Camino de Santiago—and bike routes along the Mosel River, while enjoying the peace and beauty of the Mosel wine region.

Gut Magdalenenhof Apartment Hirschbach

In the middle of the picturesque landscape of the Hunsrück lies the Magdalenenhof estate. A tasteful, new residence and ideal starting point for activities in the countryside. The Hirschbach vacation home can accommodate up to five guests, has a living room with various seating and a dining area. A bedroom with a double bed, a 2-bedroom with 2 single beds (only accessible through the double bedroom) and a single bedroom complete the profile. ​

Grandmas Hilde house high above the mosel

We didn't have the heart to tear down Grandma Hilde's house. So we renovated the house for 1 year and got as much charm as possible. Enjoy your own hideaway with a large sun terrace, the old half-timbered but modern facilities. The house is at the narrowest point of Starkenburg, so that you can enjoy the distant view towards the Mosel river and the beautiful Ahringstal. Dear guests, If you are looking for a place to stay on your travel stage or a starting point for hikes, motorcycle tours or bike rides in a relaxing atmosphere, I am happy to welcome you. A cozy, approx. 25 sqm room with private bathroom awaits you. A small kitchen is available in the garden. Mosel 15 km , suspension cable bridge Geierlay 20 km. There are many dream loops in our area that invite you to hike. Looking forward to your visit 😊

Nearby you will find numerous hiking and biking trails, excursion destinations and the idyllic nature of the region. Frankfurt Hahn Airport is at a distance of 12 km. The yellow vacation home

The spacious house, a lovingly renovated manor house from 1815, offers space for up to 18 (eighteen!) people on three floors with over 200 m2. people. In addition, in the former stable, there is the wellness area with sauna and relaxation room, which can be optionally booked. If you want the house for a smaller group of up to 8 people, it is possible to book only two floors of the house. (Minimum stay is 5 nights. Please ask for price).
