The building is located in the village of Kovářská and has been newly sensitively renovated. The reconstruction preserved as many original elements as possible and combined them with modern design. The cottage is located in the middle of a meadow, the sunny terrace has a beautiful view of the surroundings. On the ground floor there is a sauna for 6 people with a lounge, a cooling barrel and an exit to the outside. There is also a living room with a kitchenette, which is open to the meadow with a large window and access to the terrace. In the attic there is a social area with a bar, fridge, foosball and table tennis.

A unique experience in a 17th-century house. You can go fishing. There's an outdoor grill with seating. The house has a snooker table, darts, and a PartyBoss with a microphone. The house has a gym, a bike room, and a ski room with a ping pong table. It is possible to reserve 2 electric bicycles in advance. The house is located by a busy road. There are 2 exits from the house, which are not easy. It is also possible to park by the church in the parking lot. The whole house is quiet and there is no noise. The garden is a short distance from the river with nice privacy and only nature.

A brand new mountain apartment with a generous layout 3+kk (52m2) is located in the immediate vicinity of the Klínovec Ski Resort (250m to the ski lift). The apartment has 2 bedrooms for 2+2 people, a living room with a large sofa, a kitchen with all the amenities, a dishwasher, a microwave and a classic oven, a TV and a bathroom with a shower. The advantage is the luxurious environment of the apartment and the above-standard terrace of 23m2 from which there is a beautiful and undisturbed view of the Loučná valley. This place offers a relaxing and undisturbed relaxation.

(online booking). Sauna is for a fee. The apartment is located in a quiet location near the forest, 15 km from Klínovec. The apartment has a terrace with a small seating area.

Wellness stay/glamping in the treetops. Cozy, comfortable and fully equipped Treehouse Úlovice is located in the picturesque nature park Džbán above a small village. It is built on a slope on massive beeches and hornbeams, which provide a solid foundation for both the residential part and the large terrace. There are only 6 steps to the Treehouse, but the terrace is about 7 meters high. You can get here by forest road. Parking is provided for free for guests and then you will have only 350 meters to the house.

A cozy ground-floor 1+kk apartment in the village of Černý Potok, ideal for lovers of nature, hiking and peaceful relaxation. Layout: 1 room + kitchenette, one living room with a kitchenette, bathroom and toilet. The apartment is on the ground floor - barrier-free access. Amenities: Fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom with shower, comfortable sleeping. There is a sauna with a relaxation room on the ground floor (online reservation). There is a fee for the sauna. The cottage is located in the village of Údolíčko, 1 km from Perštejn, where you’ll find a brewery, swimming, rocks, and other attractions. It is in a beautiful, picturesque valley leading into the Mountains and offering complete privacy. It is fully fenced with direct access into the forest. There is a large terrace, a covered terrace with a fireplace and a relaxing garden with a view. Parking is available directly in front of the cottage. There is a sauna for up to 6 people with a shower.

We have transformed this hundred years old, newly renovated house into a comfortable mountain backdrop for ourselves and our guests. The base capacity is 8 people in 4 bedrooms, for additional 2 guests we provide extra beds. Facilities include sauna, ski-room with a hot-air boot dryer and roofed parking space on the property. Privacy is guaranteed by a large fenced garden. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and local ski slopes. Garden Finnish sauna is for an additional fee.
