Tiny House Bizingroff - tranquility, nature and design in one place. Looking for a place to slow down for a while? Our Tiny House is a cozy, modern cottage in the countryside, surrounded by forests and ponds. You can expect a minimalist but well-thought-out interior and private wellness in the form of a hot tub and sauna (the sauna is not included in the price). The cottage is for everyone who loves peace and nature and wants to enjoy more than just a place to sleep. It's an experience where you slow down, recharge your batteries, and take home memories you'll never forget.

Our cottage

Our chalet is a place for anyone who enjoys recharging their batteries in nature – whether as a couple or in the peaceful company of friends and family. You'll find it in an oak-pine forest near Borovany in South Bohemia, in beautiful natural surroundings not far from the Novohradské Mountains. Although it may not seem like it at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they can't be seen from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the deck. There is no wifi in the cabin, so enjoy your time really together.

Budka Kapradí / Birdhouse the Fern

The larch mini house is equipped with a luxurious mattress with muslin bed linen, a mini kitchen, a flushing toilet and a refurbished vintage bathtub on legs. On the terrace you will find a seating area with a sofa, armchair and hammock. You can grill in the outdoor kitchen on an electric grill. Kapradí is one of three mini-houses in our forest oasis. We're on the outskirts of town, and we're right next to the woods. Breakfast is taken care of, there will be goodies from local growers and farms in the fridge. We are happy to give tips on walks and food.

The Lookout House with a panoramic window and spacious terrace resembles a boat hovering over the landscape. The smell of wood, a sofa and a fireplace with a comfortable kitchen form a well-tuned whole. It can comfortably accommodate 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child. We built the cottages with love, with an emphasis on minimalist modern design, in harmony with nature. Located above the beautiful Šumava valley. Come and enjoy the peace and quiet with a magnificent view of the surrounding hills. You can relax in the new Finnish sauna (paid separately).

Old Town Living Studio

This unique, cozy family studio is tucked away in the very heart of the historic center of Český Krumlov. It is located on the ground floor of an authentic 16th-century house. The interior has been completely renovated with an emphasis on detail, comfort and functionality. The dominant feature of the studio is a spacious and extremely comfortable bed with a high-quality mattress, which guarantees perfect rest after a day spent exploring the city. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for anyone who wants to enjoy home cooking while traveling.

Here you will be surrounded only by beautiful nature. Chalet VLES, located far from civilization, offers the perfect escape from everyday hustle and bustle. Get ready for an experience where the only neighbors will be trees, birds and the murmur of a stream. Indulge in fresh air, pure spring water and the opportunity to plant your own tree as a memory of an unforgettable stay. For nature lovers, we also offer the possibility of picking forest fruits. Old Town right at your doorstep | Danube and ships visible from your window

Right in the heart of the old town – and at the same time a bright, open retreat above the rooftops. While life is bustling below, you can enjoy the loft-style apartment upstairs, with light, space, and a view of the greenery. Cafes, restaurants, and beer gardens are in the immediate vicinity. The baker is on the premises. The Danube, promenade, and boat dock are just a few steps away. Arrive in comfort: Flexible check-in, key box. TinyHouse Wild West

Experience the freedom of the Wild West! Tiny House Wild West stands right above a pond in the middle of pastures, where cows roam freely and the peace is disturbed only by the crackling of fire. Relax in a hot tub with a massage system, swim in a pond or try to catch your own fish. Tanned wood, the smell of nature and complete privacy - here you are only you, nature and freedom. And if one pond wasn't enough for you, 100 meters to the southwest you'll find another pond in the middle of the wilderness.

Chalet Heart³

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.
