As Cunda Özerbey Mansion, we are located in an environment intertwined with nature among the olive groves on Cunda Island, the pearl of the Aegean Sea. We are in a quiet location among the olive groves where Cunda ends, neither inside nor outside. We have 10 rooms. The windows of our rooms open to nature, some of them partially to the sea view. Since we want to offer our guests a quiet environment, we do not accept guests under the age of 13 due to our concept. Our prices include a buffet breakfast.

Our 7-person villa is 150 m2, garden floor, vegetable field park garden view. It consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 living room and a patio suitable for disabled use. Our villa has 3 double beds, 1 sofa and 1 single bed in the living room, bathroom with shower, bathroom supplies, wireless internet, electric water heater, air conditioning, fire alarm, 2 LCD TVs, satellite channels, air conditioning, hair dryer, makeup mirror, desk, mosquito net, and a Garden Seating Group on the patio.
