Absolutely loved this place. Nothing to complain about whatsoever. Host is very nice and helpful with every part of the process! Nice place to stay outside of some of the bigger cities. The inside is beautiful, and you can tell they have put in work to make the place look beautiful yet functional.

Thanks for having us - this place was well suited for travellers. Nicole was very friendly and attentive. She even gave us a bottle of her homemade honey. Her place was well suited for us or for two couples travelling together. Very spacious and had everything we needed. The best part about our stay was the amazing view from the property.

Breitmoos ist ein zauberhafter, ruhiger Ortsteil, traumhafte Ausblicke und tolle Wanderwege direkt von der kuscheligen Ferienwohnung aus. Mehr Bayern geht nicht :-) Auch für Hunde ein Paradies - allerdings an der Leine, da das Grundstück offen gestaltet ist. Ralf ist ein sehr freundlicher und kommunikativer Gastgeber. Es war ein wirklich schöner Aufenthalt.

The apartment was ideal for our stay. The location was great - a short 10 minute walk from the old town and 25 minutes from the train station. The facilities were very good with a fully equipped kitchen and air conditioning. The Innsbruck welcome card which was included gave us free public transport and good discounts too.

Sybille was so accommodating, communicative and generous. We were really grateful to stay there for our short trip. Thanks again!

We absolutely loved Christine's place. It's located on the hills beside Innsbruck and has a great view of the mountains. It's a very serene and beautiful place and close enough to city's attractions. The house had everything we needed and more. She had placed multiple guides related to Innsbruck in the apartment, which is very thoughtful. Christine was very helpful and prompt in helping us out with any issues that we faced. we would definitely stay here again during our next visit.

The house is amazing with mountain views and can see sunrise from the windows. For animal lovers, you can just head over to the barn near Bierol to see cows. The host also recommends the famous brewery nearby and the food & beers are excellent. Is a famous historic house by a famous musician so we are so humble to stay in. Washing & drying facilities are good. Would love to stay with them again!!

Chalet of dreams! We had the most perfect stay at Lina’s place and it exceeded all expectations. Pristinely presented and amazing facilities. Only 15 mins drive to Kitzbuhl for skiing and it was then the perfect place to unwind with friends for a relaxing evening. Hot tub/pool/sauna were all amazing and such a joy to use after a day out. The chalet has everything you need and more and Lina is incredibly hospitable and thoughtful. Highly recommend to stay here, we loved it and really hope to come back at some point

Das Haus von Sanni wirklich super für einen Skiurlaub. Die Bushaltestelle ist direkt ums Eck und man ist innerhalb von nicht einmal 10 min an der Schatzbergbahn. Das Haus ist 600 Jahre alt, das hört man natürlich. Es knarzt bei jedem Schritt im oberen Geschoss und die Holztüren sind auch nicht dicht, da zwischen den Brettern teilweise Spalten sind. Wenn man etwas lauter spricht kann man sich vom Wohn- Essbereich mit der Person im Schlafzimmer darüber unterhalten. Nichtsdestotrotz hat auch unser einjähriges Kind sehr gut in dem Haus geschlafen(zwischen unserem Zimmer und dem Stockwerk darunter war jedoch auch mehr als nur Holz). Es gab einen Stuhl für ihn, ein Babybett und sogar ein extra Handtuch wurde für ihn bereit gelegt. Die Betten für die Erwachsenen sind sehr weich, das muss man mögen. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet, im Esszimmer gibt es einige Gesellschaftsspiele und oben einen Flügel und ein Bücherregal. Von der Veranda und dem Garten hat man eine schöne Aussicht in die Berge.

auch bei vielen kurzfristige Änderungen sehr hilfsbereit und kein Problem diese umzusetzen. sei es eine spontane Umbuchung des gewünschten Zeitraumes, eine Person mehr und individuelle Wünsche auf mehr "einzel"Schläfer als normal. die Gastgeberin kann ich nur bestens weiter empfehlen!

Prachtig huis, goede uitvalsbasis om leuke dingen te ondernemen in München of omgeving. Prettig verblijf met een heel mooie ruimte voor actief tijdsverdrijf.

We had an incredible stay at Andrea’s place! From the moment we arrived, Andrea went above and beyond to make our visit special. The house was perfectly located to walk to the bus stop and ride to the base of Kitzbühel mountain for skiing. Andrea’s dog, Brunello, was super friendly and got along wonderfully with our dogs. The private, fenced-in yard was a great bonus, allowing our dogs to play and get their zoomies out while we relaxed. Every morning, Andrea made us a delicious breakfast at the times we requested, and she made sure we had passes for the bus and train to explore the area. Her hospitality truly made our trip memorable. We would absolutely recommend this place 10/10, and we’ll definitely be back to stay again for skiing in the area.

Wunderschönes Chalet mit tollem Ausblick. Super sauber, bestens ausgestattet, liebe und hilfsbereite Hosts, Zimmer wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Wir waren mit der ganzen Familie dort und die Größe des Hauses ermöglicht es sich auch mal zurückzuziehen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Nous avons passé un WE prolongé en famille (4adultes). Le lieu qui est tout le deuxième étage d’un très grand chalet est meublé et équipé avec goût, rien ne manque, même la bouteille de bienvenue ! Nous nous sommes immédiatement sentis à l’aise et avons apprécié chaque moment. Nous recommandons et reviendrons avec grand plaisir si nous pouvons. Merci pour votre accueil.

Alles wie beschrieben, Stephanie hat sehr schnell geantwortet und die Wohnung hat einen persönlichen Touch. Die Lage ist natürlich super. Check-in läuft persönlich und man bekommt nicht einfach nur einen keycode übermittelt, was wir schön finden. Für unser Kind wurde auch alles bereitgestellt. Dazu gab es ausreichend Handtücher und eine kleine Grundausstattung in der Küche wie Tee, Kaffee, Öl, Müsli und Milch.

Perfect location at Peter’s place! It was extremely clean and well stocked. It was very quiet and I felt safe as a single mama with 3 boys. Even appreciated the water and beer in the fridge! The location is in walking distance of the famous Glockenspiel in the Marianplatz, the outdoor markets, and many shops and restaurants. Access to train to get around the city is convenient as well! The city is very clean and generally quiet, especially on Sundays. What a treat! I appreciated the stay very much! I hope to return again soon!

Great apartment 6 min walk to Marienplatz and everything else. Very quiet, well appointed and comfortable. This was our second time there. Lemlem allowed an early check in which was extremely helpful and organized a really early taxi to the airport also extremely helpful. If was to go to M again I would stay here.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Die Wohnung war genau wie beschrieben – modern, stilvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause gefühlt. Besonders gefallen hat uns der schöne Balkon, auf dem man wunderbar entspannen kann. Das Badezimmer ist großzügig geschnitten und sehr gepflegt, mit einer Kombination aus Badewanne und Dusche – perfekt zum Wohlfühlen. Die Lage ist super: Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Auch tolle Ausflugsziele wie der Tegernsee, der Kochelsee oder der Walchensee sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

The place is very roomy, comfortable, and quiet. It has everything you need in the kitchen to cook a meal and washer/dryer to clean your clothes. The beds are very comfortable and the shower is amazing! Great coffee machine that made us feel like baristas! The lake is within walking distance and has a restaurant and a Biergarten with food. The bus and metro system is really easy to use. There are two bus stops nearby the house. Download MVV app for ease of use. Two grocery stores within walking distance to grab drinks or even food to cook. If not in the mood to cook there are restaurants. The Italian restaurant, Tonino, was our favorite with delicious food, great service, and good prices. The hosts are beyond wonderful, quick to answer any needs, and very hospitable! We adore them and will be back again!

Schöne, ruhige Wohnung in super Lage. Kommunikation mit Alice war super angenehm und unkompliziert. In der Unterkunft hat es an nichts gefehlt (im Gegenteil: Viele Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs sind bereits vorhanden) und der Ausblick aus dem Garten ist atemberaubend. Perfekt gelegen für Ausflüge in die Umgebung (Geister-/Leutaschklamm, Isar-Wanderung nach Scharnitz, Lautersee... - alle können direkt von der Unterkunft gestartet werden). Auch öffentliche Verkehrsmittel nach Garmisch-Partenkirchen oder Innsbruck fußläufig zu erreichen. Immer wieder gerne!

Die Wohnung war makellos sauber und genau so, wie sie in den Bildern und in der Beschreibung dargestellt wurde – absolut authentisch und ohne Überraschungen. Sie liegt in einem kleinen, ruhigen Ort, perfekt geeignet, um zur Ruhe zu kommen und dem Alltag zu entfliehen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den hervorragenden Support von Tim: Bereits vor der Anreise wurde ich proaktiv kontaktiert mit der freundlichen Mitteilung, dass die Wohnung sogar schon früher bezugsfertig sei – ein kleiner, aber sehr geschätzter Service, der den Aufenthalt von Anfang an angenehm gestaltet hat. Insgesamt eine durchweg positive Erfahrung – empfehlenswert für alle, die Entspannung in einer gepflegten Umgebung suchen.
