Welcome to Villa Maria, our fairy tale guest house in a calm location next to the forest and with a vast garden in the village Lauterbourg in Northern Alsace, France. It's just 5 min by foot to the heart of the village with a couple of bakeries, restaurants, a grocery store and small shops, or 10 min to the beach & lake. It's only 2 min by car from Germany, and a perfect location for exploring the Rhine border region Karlsruhe-Strasbourg, or for a rest on the way when travelling across Europe.

Ruhig gelegen im Fliegerviertel trotz direkter Nähe zur Innenstadt (10min Fußweg) sowie zum Landauer Zoo (5min Fußweg) und dem Park der ehemaligen Landauer Festungsanlage (Fort/Luitpoldpark, 1min Fußweg). Die Pfälzer Weinberge sind ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Kostenlose Parkplätze in der Straße.

Welcome to our central location in Rülzheim in the heart of the South Palatinate! Rülzheim is characterized above all by its central location in the middle of Karlsruhe, Landau and Speyer as well as its proximity to Alsace, the wine road and the Palatinate Forest... Rülzheim itself has all the necessary shops, banks, doctors, cafes and restaurants...in the recreational area is also the Alla-Hopp complex and a beautiful swimming lake... an ideal starting point for many beautiful activities!

Vacation home/Monteurwohnung Hildegard

A small (approx. 45 square meters) but nice attic apartment on the second floor. Quiet, non-smoking apartment in a two-family home. From two nights, €60 per night for up to two people, each additional person €10 per night (max. Occupancy 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children on the sofa bed). Long-term rental on request. Hand/bath towels are provided and are changed once a week. Bed linen, dishtowels at no extra charge. In the courtyard there is a table with chairs.

Stylish guest house with pool

Whether hiking in the Palatinate, a few days of wellness or the tranquility of nature right outside the front door - a lot can be combined in this accommodation. The pool is particularly popular with our guests as it provides refreshment after sauna and walks. Privacy is also particularly appreciated, as both the pool and sauna and garden are available for exclusive use. The pool can be used all year round, but is not heated. A hot tub is not available.

Holiday room with bathroom and separate entrance

Take a little break in our lovingly furnished holiday room. The room is located on the basement of our detached house and with its 25 sqm has everything you need for a short stay. The room has its own entrance (not accessible) and is locked by our living area. It is equipped with a double bed (160x200), desk, kitchen and seating area. In the private bathroom, there are towels and hair dryers.

Pfalzfreude Winery in Hainfeld

In the tranquil Hainfeld on the popular German Wine Route is our winery built in 1738. Of course, the house has an authentic winery that invites you to linger outdoors. The lovingly and elaborately renovated house is a wonderful starting point to discover the vineyards in the immediate vicinity or the Palatinate Forest with its multitude of medieval castle ruins.

Modern one-room apartment with sun terrace

The holiday apartment "London" is ideally suited for 1-2 persons and is located in the centre of the village. Due to the location in the rear part of the building it is very quiet. The adjoining terrace offers space to end the day. Nearby shops, pharmacies, banks and inns offer everything for everyday needs. Long-term guests welcome!
