The apartment is located on the first floor in an old storage building of the former horticultural company Benary. The vaulted cellar as the foundation of the house was built at the end of the 16th century. The half-timbered house above it was rebuilt around 1850 and completely renovated in recent years. All interior walls of the outer shell of the house are worked with clay plaster and thus ensure a pleasant indoor climate.

We and our two children welcome you to our small country house. We often spend our weekends and holidays here in rural surroundings. We occupy ourselves with the small garden and the animals, try our hand at old handicraft techniques, explore the surroundings, go for a walk in the forest and swim in the outdoor pool. Our apartment is located in Herbsleben on an island directly on the Unstrut, not far from the Unstrut bike path. Our village Herbsleben is located in the middle between Erfurt and Bad Langensalza, about 25 minutes from Gotha and 45 minutes from Eisenach, in the heart of the Thuringian basin.
