New single-story apartment, Cocooning, fully equipped with large outdoor area and brand new private heated jacuzzi. Ideally located 400 meters from the beach and the center of La Baule: Marché. Everything is within walking distance: beaches, restaurants, bars, nightclub. 900 m from the train station. The accommodation consists of an equipped kitchen in the main room with 2-seater sofa bed, bedroom and bathroom. Wi-Fi, TV, dishwasher, ovens etc... This accommodation is non-smoking.

Apartment rental in the center. Very warm, free WiFi. Surface of 27 m² and balcony of 5 m² Ability to do anything on foot. 2nd floor without elevator, south west facing, not overlooked. Train station and beach 300m away, Market 400m away, shopping avenue 100m away, Supermarket 100m away. No private parking space but free parking 50m away. Linen provided upon request. €20 for sheets and bathroom linen for 2 people 1 bed, to be paid upon arrival. Extra €10 for the sofa bed
