Really very well-equipped studio, impeccably clean, comfortable bed and peaceful environment. We had a great time at Christine's, who was a very attentive host. We even tested the electric bikes and took a very nice ride in the immediate surroundings of the apartment.

Very nice apartment in a nice residence. It is located on the garden level, in a quiet and residential area. The decoration is neat, it has two bathrooms which is a real plus. Perfectly equipped with everything you need. Everything was spotless upon arrival. Gabrielle is very available and provided us with all the information relating to our installation. Very nice apartment with a magnificent view of the ocean. The rooms are spacious with plenty of storage space. Everything was clean and functional. The residence was quiet. A cocoon to recharge your batteries, just a stone's throw from the center of Le Croisic and the path along the ocean, with direct access to the beach.

Magical! The apartment is superb, in all respects as described. Perfectly refurbished, tastefully, and very functional, everything is designed for the comfort of the stay. We rarely had such a well-equipped airbnb! Large cabinets too, very nice. The view of course is absolutely beautiful, and the direct access to the beach is very nice. In addition this beach area is located right between the rocks (beautiful view at low tide) which makes swimming very easy just at the foot of the apartment. The location in Pornichet is very convenient, the city center and shops are not far away, the walk along the beach, just refurbished, is very pretty. Pleasant and smooth exchanges with Arnaud, flexible and efficient arrival and departure. We left with great regret and hope to be back soon! One of our best Airbnb experiences!

Nice apartment very well located, close to the market of La Baule, shops, the beach. The environment is very quiet. Ideal apartment for 2 people or a couple with a child. The place is not accessible with a low car.

Great apartment, very well located even if it is not facing the sea (we even preferred it) given the beautiful weather we had, we did not get too hot and we were able to enjoy the terrace from breakfast in the sun. The accommodation is very quiet inside. All shops are within walking distance (market, bakery, restaurants...) In any case, thank you Gildas!!!

The apartment is really exceptional and the view is a dream. The communication was super friendly and Kate and her husband are very nice people! The keys are therefore handed over in person. The kitchen is above average well equipped. Unfortunately, we didn't have much luck with the weather. You should consider this before booking, otherwise you will not be able to use the beautiful terrace due to wind and rain. All in all, we liked it very much 🍀

A weekend at La Baule for the marathon with a very well placed accommodation between the departure line and the arrival line. Comfortable bed where we enjoyed resting before the race.

An excellent apartment, spotlessly clean and well equipped for a great holiday. Philippe and Claire are perfect hosts who gave us such a warm welcome we felt really at home. The area is so good in all aspects with beach walks and great restaurants, you couldn't want for more. In all this is a great place to be and we will return.

Very clean apartment in a beautiful wooded and quiet environment, with 2 balconies. The bathroom, with bathtub, is not large. The kitchen is well-equipped, and Christophe has provided some Nespresso pods. Christophe was very responsive for the reservation (the day for the day after tomorrow), and proposed an arrival and departure schedule that suited everyone. Nothing to complain about during this short stay. You can walk to the beach (about 15 minutes).
