There is no formal kitchen so this is a place for foodies wanting to experience local French food by eating out

Notre maison est située dans le bourg de Villiers au Bouin avec Wifi. Composée au RDC d'une entrée avec placard, salon avec nouveau canapé convertible (avec vrai matelas de 18cm), cuisine tout aménagée, salle à manger, salle d'eau avec douche et toilette séparés. Au 1er étage, une grande chambre avec un lit double et rangement. Il y a une cour avec table et chaises de jardin ainsi qu'un barbecue. Possibilité de mettre vos vélos dans une dépendance. Parking. Located in the heart of the park, the stables of Hodebert is the ideal place to meet up with friends or family and visit the Loire châteaux and enjoy the surrounding nature. Wood burning fire place, 3 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, an access to the ecologic pool of the property… This almost abandoned building required a considerable amount of work to turn it into a comfortable and authentic guest house. It is in the extension of the main house, a historic 18th century residence. The 9000 m2 wooded park is available to visitors. Cette maison située dans la région de nombreux châteaux ou vignobles est située à 35 min de Tours, 40 min de Saumur, 30 min du zoo de la Flèche et 1 h du zoo de Doué la Fontaine. Vous pourrez profiter de belles balades en vélo autour de la maison et du calme de notre petit hameau.

L'appartement est en RDC et est en partie aménagé pour l'accessibilité fauteuil avec accompagnateur (portes 80 cm, espaces de manœuvrent, WC surélevé, barre et siège de douche. espace sous points d'eau, interrupteurs et prises électrique à hauteur...)
