there are only 4 stars for the location because of some annoying work during our stay but the hosts are not to blame😊, beds made on arrival which was very appreciable especially arriving quite late, very nice and responsive people which is very nice, very nice place, very happy with our stay, thank you Emmanuelle and Ludovic.

This little gem is worth five stars in every category. Laurence was a kind, helpful and generous host and the Gite was immaculate - a little oasis with the most lovely, tranquil gardens giving shade and privacy on hot days. The bike routes out of the back door were wonderful. Thankyou Laurence!!

Great place to stay when cycling the Velodyssee. It is right on the route and is very comfortable. The place is well renovated and has all the necessary amenities. The hosts are very friendly and respond swiftly to messages.

For a single person it's very good, but you still need a car to get around, it's better, otherwise it's very quiet because it's in a cul-de-sac, it's relaxing

A night reserved to take a simple break on the journey. We were pleasantly surprised by the apartment's equipment (many towels + gloves, cotton buds, pharmacy, several pillows, etc.), as well as by the small touches (brioches, spread, orange juice, milk, cold water, etc.). Having rented many apartments, I have rarely seen this, especially in this budget. In addition, the apartment is really very clean, worthy of a good hotel. We had a wonderful stay with the family in Les Sables d 'Olonne, and this apartment contributed greatly to it. The view is simply splendid. We were also touched by the kindness and warm welcome of the Sablais, who make this city even more enjoyable to discover. The apartment is super located, it is only 100m to the beach. The dunes start right next to the house and it is nice and quiet. From the loggia, you can see the sea. Around the corner is a fish and seafood shop, so you can stock up directly on site and cook in the fully equipped kitchen. The private parking is a nice bonus. There is only one restaurant within walking distance and no direct shopping facilities, apart from the Firschmarkt, but that did not bother us.

Chloë was a friendly and responsive host! parking was easy, location was perfect! restaurants, shopping, pharmacy, and groceries are a few minutes walk away... the apartment itself is very peaceful, very nice, lovely natural lighting during the summer.. looking forward to come back, should we ever visit the area!

Very nice accommodation, very clean, right in front of the sea, quiet; light basement perfect when it's 30°... close to the Arago neighborhood and its market, restaurants... we'll remember it for our next visit.
