This place lived up to the high expectations of the listing and other guest reviews. Dom was very responsive and helpful from check-in to the end of our stay. The home and its views were incredible. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood and home - everything felt incredibly safe. The very short walk to the grocery store was a big plus for us and we got food there daily for meals and snacks. Would love to come back in the future and sit overlooking the bay in the evenings again.

Nico’s place was in a prefect location. Close to everything- beach, Old Town, restaurants and shopping. It was super clean and beds were comfortable. I highly recommend this place if you need a place in Nice.

We were 3 couples staying at Christofer's place. It was comfortable , but the bedrooms were a little small. The showers were great and the beds were comfortable. There are only two toilets, so that created slight inconveniences. The location was prime with great shops, restaurants and cafe's in the area. Christofer and his family were attentive and informative. Overall, a very positive experience.

The apartment is superbly appointed and extremely clean. Juice, water, milk, wine and pain au chocolat were served as a welcome. The train station and the beach are about ten minutes away on foot, and the center of the old town can be reached in just two minutes. Since the apartment is located in a side street, it is still quiet at night. Despite the heat, the temperature in the apartment was pleasant. However, there is also an air conditioner, which I have rarely used. Marielle is a very friendly and helpful host who responds quickly to messages. At the end of my stay, she even drove me to the train station, which was a great relief in the heat, as I didn't have to walk with my suitcase.

We loved staying in Julien’s place! The location was perfect for us as we got to spend the evenings relaxing at the local beach and take ourselves into the centre of Nice or Cannes so easily by public transport when we wanted. Julien was very helpful with check in and so kind. He gave us lots of great local recommendations which we enjoyed. We would definitely visit again!!

Lovely apartment that is 10 minute stroll from restaurants and bars on the harbour front. Very clean, tidy and well decorated. The outside space and retractable doors provide amazing outside / inside space. Miguel was easily contactable, providing clear directions and met us at the property for checkin. Aldi supermarket 1 minute walk has all immediate needs. Parking is free on street however not always guaranteed immediately outside. Would highly recommend

Outstanding stay!! The house itself was beautiful - fantastic outdoor spaces with beautiful views, great beds, great pool, and a well appointed kitchen. It is easily walkable to the charming little town nearby, with its great restaurants and shops. Perfect for a multigenerational stay. Floortje was a wonderful host, she was incredibly helpful with any questions and needs we had. She went above and beyond for us. We will absolutely stay here again!!!

We had a wonderful week. We loved the peace and the lovely town of Tourrettes sur Loup. The shops are just a two minute walk from and we really enjoyed the little shops, the bakeries and the nice restaurants.

I booked to throw a surprise birthday party for my boyfriend. The house is beautiful and well maintained, very well equipped, the bedding is perfect, we had good weather so we were able to enjoy the pool. The view is breathtaking in all parts of the house. Small problem with the gate due to the power outage a few days before but Alexandra was very responsive and was able to rectify the small issue. It is with great pleasure that we will return to spend a few days in this superb house as soon as we have the opportunity

The host was very friendly and gave us a clear walk-through on arrival, helping us quickly understand the house and its facilities. The space is large inside and out — even the basement has a games area and laundry. Great for families with kids and adults. Rare to find two fully equipped kitchens! All bedrooms have en-suites and the place was spotless. The living room is cosy with enough space for everyone. The outdoor area is private and peaceful, and the pool is long enough for a proper swim. A high-quality holiday home — well-designed, clean, and ideal for groups. Highly recommended!

Out of all places I have stayed in, this was by far one of the top. It was so beautiful with such a great location to all the amazing sites. This was our first time in the south of France (traveling with a small child) and wanted to stay somewhere beautiful, central and quiet. This was definitely THE place. First I cannot describe how beautiful the house was and it had the most lovely sea view, it was so tranquil. Nathalie was a wonderful host and made us feel so welcome. The nearest sandy beach was about 5-10 min away in either direction. It is 3-5 walk to old town. 10-15min walk to the train station. Antibes is gorgeous and has amazing food/shopping/anything you want. We bought a 7day train pass and went to most of the other local villes and beaches. We had a fabulous vacation and were sad to leave. We would come back and rent this place again in a heart beat! Merci pour tout Nathalie!!!

John's apartment was the perfect base for a week in the riviera with a young child. We ate breakfast and dinner on the terrace each day, taking advantage of the beautiful view, and finished most days with a dip in the pool. The bus stop outside was ideal for trips to Villefranche, Cap Ferrat, Beaulieu and Monaco, while a short walk past the port took us to the train station for Antibes and Cannes. The apartment was well-appointed, and John was very helpful in coordinating retrieval of a toy our son had dropped onto the balcony below. Alex, the agent, was also on hand to provide local travel advice. One of the best Airbnbs we've stayed in - thanks!

A magnificent apartment with a large roof terrace and magnificent views. I could easily have stayed in the apartment for longer. From the apartment, you can walk to the beach and center of Cannes in about 20 minutes. The host was nice and gave clear instructions. I recommend this place to anyone traveling to Cannes.

Absolutely perfect stay! The place was spotless and beautifully maintained. The location couldn’t have been better — just a short walk to amazing restaurants, shops, and the beach. The view from the balcony was stunning, the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The amenities were top-notch, and everything exceeded expectations.
