Located at the heart of the typical village of La Colle sur Loup, only 20 minutes to Nice Airport and offering beautiful views towards Saint Paul de Vence, this charming town house offers great style and location, lovely garden and direct access to the village. 3 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom (Twin beds), reception room, open plan kitchen, 1 bathroom , 1 en suite shower room, BBQ area, terrasses, spa-pool (4m x 2m), garage and parking. Perfect for up to 6 adults and 2 children.

The house of the Artist

This 79 m2 charming town house was originally built in 1792 and therefore a part of the history of our lovely little village, La Colle sur Loup. The house has been totally renovated in 2013, respecting the spirit of a the initial style with stone walls and wooden beams in the ceiling and then with an artistic twist. We will do our outmost to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The town house is on 3 floors with open access between the different levels in the house.

Our apartment was fully new renovated and redecorated in 2017, further renovations in 2023 and 2024 (p.e. new windows). It is located on the "Prom. d. Angl." and the beach is 20 m away. 15 m walk to the city center and 10 min to the train station and the airport (bus. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a stylish, but cosy livingroom with an open kitchen. Additionally it has a garden. It has a marvelous view to the ocean!
