Villa holiday rentals in La Colle-sur-Loup

We had the most fabulous stay in this stunning home with amazing views of Nice! We all had a very memorable, special time together, the pool, games room, outdoor kitchen were a huge hit. Thanks so much Simona, for our 5 star experience in Nice.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Dominique in vollen Zügen genossen. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft schön – mitten in der Natur, ruhig und voller positiver Energie. Genau der richtige Ort, um abzuschalten und sich zu erholen. Das Haus selbst ist liebevoll gestaltet und sehr gepflegt. Dominique ist eine sehr herzliche und aufmerksame Vermieterin, die mit viel Engagement dafür sorgt, dass man sich rundum wohlfühlt. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Meitä oli 8 hengen seurue, joista 2 oli lapsia. Viihdyimme kaikki todella hyvin. Kaunis paikka ja upeat näkymät. Todella siistiä ja keittiössä oli kattava astiasto. Nautimme lomastamme todella paljon. Talossa ehkä pienenä miinuksena (mikä ei todellakaan vaikuta kokonaisarvosteluun) oli hiukan hassusti sijoitetut vessat. Jokaisella makuuhuoneella oli oma kylpyhuone, mutta vain yhdessä niistä oli wc. Lisäksi talossa oli kaksi erillistä wc:tä, joten määrä oli kyllä riittävä, mutta sijoittelu tuntui hieman oudolta. Kylpyhuonessa piti myös huolehtia riittävästä tuulettamisesta, ettei ilma mennyt ummehtuneeksi. Tämä lienee enemmän paikallinen rakennustapa, joka poikkeaa pohjoismaisesta tyylistä. Lisäksi jos olet herkkä äänille, niin on hyvä tietää, että viereisen tien melu kuuluu vähän. Meitä tämä ei haitannut. Todella hieno paikka ja ystävälliset, mutta omaa rauhaa antavat majoittajat. Suosittelen ehdottomasti tätä paikkaa. Loma oli täydellinen.

Enjoyed stay In St Paul de Vence.. The Airbnb is bright and peaceful. In current era of maps on phone the back narrow roads make such Airbnbs an easy option. The house itself had large windows in every room with the eating area and master being the highlights. Travelled with small dog who loved the large yard. The local grocery store Le Clerc a 5 minute drive down the hill was amazing – so we cooked in house and ate al la fresco. Lots of space and Airbnb is fully equipped. Also found the location in St. Paul de Vence ideal -- nice neighborhood -- not too far up the the hill and close to grocery store, large local mall, and up the hill arts and restaurants. Going it is often difficult to judge locations. Thank you to Jean who was available to help with any questions.

Renee's villa is absolutely beautiful: the location, the amenities, the gardens and outdoor areas, pool and privacy were all superb. There was a major power outage in Southern France while we were there and we were well prepared with the candles and flashlights provided in the villa. The proximity to the surrounding beautiful small villages as well as the Mediterranean coastal towns of Nice, Antibes, Eze, etc. provides a wide choice of sight-seeing, restaurants, grocery stores, hiking, beaches, history and art. I would suggest all renters read her book of instructions and suggestions thoroughly at the start of their stay, as there is important information to make your stay more comfortable and without problems.

Great place with all amenities for our group of 4 couples. The walk back from town for restaurants (over 400 steps is not for the faint hearted) but overall the view and amenities top class. Two very good bedrooms, one ok and one poor, but pool superb with outlook. Good kitchen. Plenty of crockery cutlery. Pool towels provided. Free parking good as car is a must. Very responsive host. 4 bathrooms good but inability to put paper down toilets a bit of a drawback.

Magnifique séjour pour notre groupe d’amis. L’airbnb est entouré de beaux paysages. La maison a tout ce qu’il faut. On a adoré la piscine. Lucie était toujours joignable et prête à nous aider. Donc, un grand merci pour tout!

Skønt sted for børn, voksne og bedsteforældre som kan placeres i seperat lille hus😉 Poolen var opvarmet og skøn at bade i selv i april måned. Skønt at spise frokost under oliventræet og aftensmad ved langbordet med grill og udsigt🙌 Kan klart anbefales.

It was such a good experience it was such a beautiful and modern house with a nice view and such a relaxing living room with us super friendly family and caring with a very good location close to everything.

The nicest Airbnb I have ever stayed at! Manon was extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay. When we arrived Manon greeted us with fresh pastries, fruit and wine, and gave us loads of information and recommendations for the area. The accommodation itself was stunning, spacious and clean, and the decor and artwork were incredible. The view from the terrace was breathtaking, especially at night. Everything we could possibly need was supplied, and even things we didn't know we needed! I would return in a heartbeat to this beautiful villa😊 Thanks Manon!

Stunning home nestled in a peaceful area with great view of the surrounding mountains. My family stayed here for 5 nights, and loved every minute. The pool was lovely and clean and the house and garden well kept. It was hot when we stayed so was extremely grateful for the AC which was throughout the house. Nice clean linen and towels, plenty of crockery and kitchen utensils. Juliana was super helpful and always responded quickly. A truly wonderful host! Would recommend this place to others looking for a peaceful retreat, with plenty of space to relax. Some great little shops and a lovely bakery not far from the villa however would recommend having a car as not really walking distance.

Excellent place. Cedric is an amazing host! Well located with a nice supermarket around the corner, and 20 minutes drive to Cannes. The swimming pool is well heated and the house air-conditioner works very well. I loved that the living room is very spacious for that day when the weather is not the best. Otherwise, the area around the house is perfect. The setting for barbecue is top. No problems whatsoever. We have rented many houses in the area and this was the best value for the money.

La réalité est beaucoup mieux que les photos ! Certains s'en plaindrons, mais la quarantaine de marches, indispensables à l'accès à la maison, se fait vite oublier grâce au point de vue rare, privilégié et hypnotique sur la baie de Villefranche sur Mer, ses eaux claires et les yachts amarrés, sans aucun vis à vis. La maison est redoutablement bien équipée en mobilier, électroménager, ustensiles de cuisines et de salle de bain. Autre chose : 2 places de parking dédiées à la maison, très rares et utile dans la région, qui plus est en haute saison. Le centre ville historique et la plage sont accessibles à pieds en 20mn et prévoir 25 à 30mn pour la remontée. Le bateau est à l'image de la maison, propre, confortable, spacieux et bien équipé Enfin, Jean-Pierre est un hôte remarquable, disponible et attentionné.

Wir haben zu viert eine grossartige Woche in Louis Unterkunft verbracht. Direkt bei der Ankunft wurden wir von Joss herzlich empfangen und haben uns sofort zu Hause gefühlt. Das Haus sieht genau so aus wie auf den Fotos! Es ist alles sehr sauber, sogar der „Pool-Boy“ kam einmal vorbei. Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft ist super, es fehlt an nichts. Die Kommunikation mit Louis ist sehr angenehm. Louis nimmt sich Sonderwünschen an und hilft bei Fragen gerne weiter. Die extrem kurze Reaktionszeit von teilweise nur wenigen Minuten habe ich sehr geschätzt! Man fühlt sich super aufgehoben und kann die Ferien einfach nur geniessen:-). Ich würde nichts ändern wollen, es waren fantastische Ferien. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen! DANKE!

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. The house, the garden, the location - everything was perfect for us. We wanted the relaxation and serenity and this villa matched that perfectly. Everything is so beautifully set up and the house and interior has great character. We loved to be able to play with kids in the garden which is very spacious and gave everyone great family moments. The location was great to take day trips to amazing cities. But our favorite is Valbonne village and it is something else - only few minutes walking distance and you are in one of the most beautiful places we have ever seen. When you are there walking these narrow streets, you just want to stay there forever. Wished we could have stayed longer but it gave us great memories, and we are very likely to be back. Die Unterkunft ist in einer sehr guten Lage. Parkplätze sind vor der Tür. Der Pool ist groß und tief für entspannte Zeiten. Der Grten ist komplett eingezäunt. Nicole ist sehr Hundefreundlich. Ich war auf einer Mehrtägigen Hochzeit und Sie passte sogar auf meinen Hund auf. Die Tür zum Garten war bei mir Tag und Nacht offen, so friedlich und sicher ist das Haus. Ich habe mich sehr gut aufgehoben und sicher gefühlt. Danke Nicole für deine Hilfe. Du verdienst 10 Sterne und nicht 5 😀👍

Très belle villa sur les hauteurs de Théoule avec une vue à couper le souffle.

C’était un plaisir de séjourner dans cette maison. En plus d’être jolie, propre et bien placée , Il y a toute la commodité possible. Merci aussi à Valérie pour l’écoute, la réactivité ainsi que la disponibilité. Tu as rendu l’arrivée ainsi que le séjour facile. Pour un week-end en Côte d’Azur, je vous recommande vivement cette maison.

Our family of four had an amazing trip. Staying in this villa was really a highlight. Nice and the surrounding areas have some exceptionally beautiful places to visit and the scenery is beautiful. The villa was comfortable and immaculately clean and the air conditioning was excellent- a real welcome break from the high heat of the summer. The pool was a lovely temperature and perfect to cool off from the summer heat. The house is completely private, but not far from all amenities and sightseeing. You can see St Paul De Vence from the garden which is stunning. Amazing trip, hope to come back one day! Thank you again.

The house lived up to the description. Plenty of room for 6 people, dining chairs at the house patio and by the pool and bbq. Sun loungers for everyone. Large pool well maintained. Kitchen well equipped to make any meal and extra outside grill and bbq. 3 rooms with sea view. Wonderful views from the patio of the med. Air conditioning for that hour at the end of the day to cool the bedrooms. We really liked having a bathroom in every room. We used taxis to restaurants in Antibes Biot Mougins and Golfe Juan. There is a massive supermarket 5 minutes by car with high quality food. Very quick communication with host.

Absolutely loved our stay. The house was perfect in every way. We were excited by the photos, and the house didn’t disappoint! Stylish inside and out. Wonderful to stay somewhere that says it caters for 10 people and truly does that: enough dinner seating, sun beds, crockery etc. Two families across 3 generations staying together for a week. Perfect layout and space for all: studio for grandparents, en-suites for all rooms, cinema room for watching England vs Spain in Euros (even if the score wasn’t to everyone’s liking…). The location is stunning, with fabulous views. Cabris is a lovely village & the restaurant recommendations were excellent. Great to be able to quickly walk into village for everything, even tennis. With a 9 year old & two teenage girls, it felt very safe to let them head off together for breakfast croissants or evening ice creams. Ian and Jacques were perfect hosts from start to finish. Thank you! We will definitely be back, hopefully even next year!
