La piscine et l'abri télescopique ont été installés en 2022, elle est chauffée à 29° En 2026: Piscine chauffée du 27 Mars au 1er Novembre inclus. En 2027: Piscine chauffée du 26 Mars au 1er Novembre inclus. Gîte de 115m2 + grande terrasse de 24 m² surplombant Le Loir situé à 2,5kms du Zoo.
