With a floor area of 42 m², it can accommodate 3 people and features a large entrance hall, a spacious bedroom with a TV, a living room/kitchen with an extra single bed, a small shower room, and a separate toilet. Right nearby: shops, bars, and restaurants, including the famous “La Cigale” brasserie just 100 meters away.

Due to the pandemic, please note that the apartment is cleaned by us between each reservation, according to the new protocol dictated by Airbnb and mandatory. The linen is washed at 60°C minimum! Hydro-alcoholic liquid available in the apartment! The roof, the insulation of the apartment, the air conditioning of the rooms, have just been completely redone.
