Holiday rentals with a fireplace in La Madeleine

Very clean, comfortable cottage in wooded area. Friendly Host. Good communication - we had a small problem with the shower and that was resolved professionally immediately. Small downside: mattress of the double bed quite hard. Not everyone finds this pleasant.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house in Lille! Very close to city center and many restaurants. Easy walk to metro to access other areas of Lille ! Especially loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom and the huge living space !

We had a very nice weekend at Cyril's house. It' just as pictured in the photos and we felt welcome right away. Thanks again for the tasty brioche. Everything was sneaky clean and it comfy. It was great to have a spacious place with a nice living room and small garden to hang out after walking through Lille and before hitting the nightlife. Happy to come back if possible next time I visit Lille.

David's accommodation is absolutely fantastic. It is even bigger than it appears in the photos. We didn't miss anything and we had a great time as a family! David is also an incredibly nice and uncomplicated host who responds quickly and is always helpful and flexible. We can absolutely recommend David and the accommodation.

We had a very nice stay at Isabelle's house. The contact with co-host Rolande went well. Sometimes it was a bit difficult, because we don't speak a common language. Beautiful house with four bedrooms and bathrooms, of which 3 bathrooms are ensuite. Nice swimming pool in a large garden that could be used for a fee. Flexible and thoughtful hosts, very nice! The only thing to take into account (especially with children) are the many nettles in the grass. Recommended!

A beautiful place in a peaceful setting to disconnect. We loved staying here. The house is surrounded by nature and animals, perfect for relaxing and forgetting the everyday. Everything was clean and well kept. Hosts were always available if we needed anything, very thoughtful and kind. We will definitely be back, it was a perfect stay. Thanks for everything!

Even though we did not meet Sebastien , he was very responsive in responding by message to the questions we were asking ourselves. The accommodation, which has a lot of charm, is very pleasant , quiet and well-equipped. Very nice mention to the bedding which is of very good quality. No doubt we will call on Sebastien during our next stay in Lille

An amazing night offered to my husband for his birthday. Having already done several hot tubs, this one is exceptional, and has the little something extra. The pole-dance bar in the bedroom and the centerpiece make the place special. The cleanliness is flawless and the spa is cozy. We will probably test the second hot tub in preparation!

Very nice host, fluid and responsive communication, all the instructions were very clear, a pleasure! The apartment has charm, it is not one of these investor airbnb furnished with 3 ikea cutlery, it is perfectly placed, it is impossible to do more central. In short, perfect for a Lille getaway!

Pleasant accommodation, very bright and very quiet with a pleasant view of the gardens, all in a refurbished interior with many windows and a superb balcony.

This is the second time we have come to the apartment, Tiphaine, because we had discovered a very beautiful, spacious and very pleasant accommodation, very well equipped and very clean. The decor is great and the location is ideal and quiet for visiting Lille and its region. A parking space is a more appreciable plus. Tiphaine is a very responsive host and her accommodation will delight you.

Apartment in a great location for walking tours. Numerous restaurants nearby + parking. Close to metro. Anne very proactive and friendly. Good bottle of beer offered at check-in.

We were a group of young adults and more senior adults. The house , garden and pool were fantastic for all the group. Loads of space and seating so you could easily find a quiet spot, especially in the garden. The chickens were very friendly and even Guizmo the cat seemed to get friendlier as the week went on. House was very clean when we arrived and very accessible for my wife who has limited mobility. Easy access to the patio, pool and garden was a big bonus. The surrounding area is very flat and good for cycle rides especially along the canal to Tournai which is a lovely small town. The beach at Den Haan is within an hour and well worth a visit with a huge beach, friendly sea and lots of cafes and bars. Ypres is also well worth a visit with the In Flanders Field museum a must for anyone who wants to know more about WW1. The war cemeteries were also very interesting and moving. We had a couple of early minor problems but Jocelyn responded very quickly. I would recommend for families.

We spent a weekend with a group of 8 adults and 7 children. We found a beautiful house clean, welcoming, warm and with a beautiful garden in which the kids had fun playing. It has everything you need for toddlers with high chairs and umbrella beds. The hot tub was much appreciated by everyone:) There are clear instructions throughout the house. In short, a great 2 day stay. Too bad we only stayed one weekend!

If I could give a sixth star, I would. We enjoyed a perfect and very comfortable stay!

We once again had a wonderful stay at Stephanie’s place and were able to stay for longer this time. It was hard to drag ourselves away from the beautiful house, garden & pool but we spent some time in Lille which was wonderful. Recommend the Cita Parc for those with small children. A fabulous stay in a truly luxurious home.

Calm and soothing house. Ideal for relaxing with others, close to Lille and quickly accessible by bus from downtown. Hosts are very kind and flexible on departure and arrival times

The house is beautiful in lovely peaceful surroundings. The pool was lovely and we had everything we needed. Elena was responsive and came and met us when we arrived to show us around the house and tell us how everything worked. The listing was informative and we were able to follow the instructions to find the house without any problems, the area is very quiet but there are shops and tram station very close by.
