Pet-friendly holiday rentals in La Madeleine, Nice

Erwin and Liliane are very friendly hosts, they live ‘next door’ but never intruded on our privacy. They were very helpful when we asked about anything (how to work the gas plancha, which villages to visit) The view is absolutely stunning. We had a large terrace plus the pool area to admire it from and of course the pool itself which I used every day. The area is a mix of busy coastal towns and quieter mountain scenery and villages. Great restaurant nearby. The apartment itself is a little old fashioned in places, but it had everything we needed. We were very happy there. Thank you Liliane and Erwin!

Unser Aufenthalt bei Carina war perfekt! Die Unterkunft ist genau wie beschrieben und das Loft ist super ausgestattet! Carine hat bei der Ausstattung so gut wie an alles gedacht. Die Außenanlage und der Pool waren auch super. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub :)

La location est située au calme et à proximité de jolis villages et randonnées. Le logement est qualitatif. Le propriétaire était absent quand nous y étions, mais très réactif par sms. Aucun souci. Pour les locataires ayant un chien il faut savoir que le terrain n'est pas clôturé et commun avec le propriétaire. La route menant au logement est très pentue !

Had a fantastic stay at Jon's place in Villefranche. The house is set up perfectly for a family gathering and stands up to the pictures. Well located in the hills above Villefranche-sur-mer, it served as a great base for our family to explore the area around Nice.

My group of 4 enjoyed an 8 day stay at Jen's place in late May. The home is in Cimiez, a pleasant residential area on the hill above Nice. The home is only a 15-minute walk from the beach and offers a quiet and beautiful oasis from the town. The garden is extensive and delightful, much more impressive in person. The main home is spacious and well equipped, and there is also a second smaller home. This worked well for our group of 2 couples. Jen is a very kind and responsive host; you have found a rare gem in the Airbnb world.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Jalil, Sabine und ihren beiden Söhnen war rundum perfekt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr zuvorkommend und herzlich. Die Unterkunft ist sauber, liegt schön im Garten der Familie und hat alles, was man braucht. Sie ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um Nizza und die Umgebung zu erkunden. Mit Leihfahrrädern, die fußläufig erreichbar sind, ist man schnell am Meer und in der Altstadt. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Merci ❤️

Walters Home ist eine wunderbare Oase für alle die Ruhe und Natur zu schätzen wissen! Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtet, es ist alles da um sich sofort wohl zu fühlen. Besonders haben uns die großzügige Terrasse, der Wintergarten mit dem wunderschönen Blick ins Grüne gefallen! Da der beschriebene Zugang den Hang hinunter über Stock und Stein geht sind Reisetaschen definitiv die richtige Wahl und nichts für eingeschränkt mobile Gäste. Lieber Walter, auch auf diesem Weg nochmal ein herzliches Dankeschön für die Gastfreundschaft, auch die schnelle und nette Kommunikation. Gerne wieder!

Appartement idéalement situé pour visiter la Côte d’Azur. Espace calme et tranquille. La piscine est bien appréciée après ces journées chaudes !

Great stay here, check in was really easy. Kevin welcomed us to the apartment showed us where everything was which was really helpful. Contacted us day after check in to make sure we had everything we needed and gave some recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. Kevin was really responsive and helpful. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well equipped and peaceful. Huge bonus was the location to the beach, restaurants and a great supermarket. The apartment is in an ideal location to explore Antibes, Nice, Eze and Monaco. Underground Garage makes parking easy and the infinity pool with a view across to Nice was really lovely, again spotlessly clean with sunbeds. Well maintained communal areas and pretty gardens. Will definitely stay here again when visiting France and would 100% recommend to others 😊

We have had a wonderful stay at Philippe’s home. The house was beautiful and particularly suitable for our family stay with a small baby. He was very accommodating answering any queries promptly. The information instructions provided were very detailed and helpful. The swimming pool was wonderful as the weather was hot and the air conditioning was very welcome. We were a group of six and the house was very spacious with plenty of room for three couples and a baby. We would like to thank Philippe for hosting us. We have wonderful memories of a lovely holiday at Cagnes sur Mer.

Kevin ist ein sehr aufmerksamer und freundlicher Gastgeber. Er hat uns trotz der späten Anreise eine umfassende Einführung zu seiner Wohnung und der umliegenden Gegend gegeben. Wir haben uns jederzeit sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt und Kevin hat sich stets nach unserem Wohlbefinden erkundigt. Das Loft, die Dachterrasse und der Infinity-Pool ermöglichen es, die herrliche Gegend auf luxuriöse Weise zu geniessen. Die Liegenschaft liegt direkt an einem kleinen, ruhigen Strand, sodass wir als Meerliebhaber voll auf unsere Kosten kamen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder und würden gerne erneut Kevins Gäste sein!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Lage: Die Nähe zum schönen Sandstrand, zu Restaurants und zum Supermarkt waren ideal. Kevin war sehr nett und hat uns die schöne Anlage zu Beginn ausführlich gezeigt und viele Tipps gegeben. Dankeschön :-)

I enjoyed staying in this apartment very much, it had everything I needed (although a bath-tub would have been nice) and I felt very much at home. I would suggest that the Wi-Fi password should be printed out in a larger font with no spaces between the groups of letters and numbers, as I had difficulty knowing exactly how I should input it into my laptop. There was also another Wi-Fi name and password which had been written on a separate piece of paper, and this added to the confusion, but a phone call to Melodie clarified the situation. All communication was with Melodie, which was fine, but I had no contact with Jean at all. The confirmation of my booking clearly stated that check-out was at 12.00, but I received a message on the morning of the check-out day saying that I should leave the apartment by 11.00.

We had a lovely stay at Carole's. Location is an easy walk to Old Town , shopping area , beach , train station , all within 10 minutes. You are also spoilt for choice with many surrounding restaurants , we particularly enjoyed one a block or so away called Piccolo Mondo , La Trattoria was also good just down the road. The flat is very spacious and we felt very safe with good security doors on the entrance. It has a lovely little balcony that you can sit and enjoy the surroundings and a lift which was helpful with heavy baggage. The king bed was comfortable and the furnishings/amenities in the flat ( fridge , washing machine , air con , tv etc ) were modern and good quality. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a spacious one bedroom , well positioned home in the middle of Nice.

Wonderful apartment that made for the perfect stay. Super clean with nice view from the balcony. Close to the beach and very walkable to all that we wanted to see. Host was super hospitable and provided us great recommendations which made our stay perfect. Highly recommended.

2 nights stay and it was just right and great value for money ! Walking distance to bars and cafes. We downloaded Pony app and took bikes along the prom, which was a great way of getting around. The host was super responsive and communicated really well. Coffee machine, fridge, iron, hair dryer all there to use. Thank you!

Really great apartment that is walkable to all the main areas of Nice! Street itself is a little busy but quiet inside and very well designed/finished.

Wow !! Quite simply the best apartment we’ve ever had on AIR BnB 👌 perfect in every way and right in the heart of the old town, attractions, shops, daily market and restaurants . Perfect view of the full Promenade from the beautiful balcony !!! And to top it all off Eileen and Connie were the perfect hosts and communication was fantastic!! In the heart of Nice, above a bustling street full of cafes and nightlife. Short walk to the promenade and beach. As other reviewers have mentioned, it can stay pretty loud at night but we did find closing the shutters helped quite a bit. Host was very helpful and available when we needed him!
