Note that this accommodation is not a multipurpose room, more than 10 people on site there will be additional charges and you need to discuss with the owners. The house is located close to 2 large ponds of the Voireau with its beach and the Provostière for beautiful walks and 7 km from Riaillé with all the shops.

Large charming gîte in the common areas of the romantic Château de Launay in the peaceful and green countryside of Grand-Auverné. We are 45 minutes from Nantes, Angers or Rennes. It can accommodate 20 people and offers 240 m2 with 2 fitted and equipped kitchens, 10 bedrooms, 2 living rooms and 3 bathrooms. Under the central porch, there is a large wellness area with a jacuzzi (for 6-7 people) and a sauna. Outside, the access, parking and garden are private.
