Holiday rentals with a pool in La Presa

I am a San Diego local, but my family was coming to town and we needed more space. I picked this place because I knew my sister and brother-in-law would love being able to walk to all the restaurants and brewery nearby and my 6 year old nephew would get a lot of use out of the pool. The place exceeded my expectations, it was perfect for everyone. We spent a lot of time in the backyard swimming or playing board games, and my Mom got a lot of use out of the hot tub. Communication with the host was excellent and the place was comfortable and clean. The only downside is my family might visit too often now!

Our home away from home. The property was conveniently located to major stores. It is 30 minutes to the San Diego Zoo, Birch Aquarium, and Sesame Street. The house is very spacious and brings in light energy. Our family loved the beds and comfy pillows which can make or break a vacation. The bathrooms were spacious and worked conveniently with the needs of our family, especially the Bluetooth speaker😁. The backyard was our favorite! Beautiful space during the day with plenty of space for our 3 year old to run. Serene and chill views in the evening. We 100% recommend this property for your family. And would definitely stay again.

We had an incredible stay at Miguel’s Airbnb! The highlight was definitely the pool – it was sparkling clean and well-maintained. Everything was exactly as described, and Miguel was a fantastic host, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. We stayed at Zeina and Mo's place for one week with our East Coast and West Coast children and grands--6 adults and 6 children in all from ages 2-12. We could not have been more pleased. The house was meticulously clean and was spacious enough for all. The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed to prepare meals at home. An added plus was an outdoor grill under a cabana like space with a table for 6 and outdoor counter to provide additional seating. The pool is larger than it appears in the pictures on the web site. The whole outdoor space was clean and welcoming and proved to be a center piece of our stay. There were plentiful and soft towels for bathing and the pool. Zeina and Mo were promptly responsive to any questions or concerns we had. We left with many fond memories of our week together, in large part due to to how comfortable and pleasant we felt about our stay was at Zeina and Mo's house.

Jessica’s home is beautiful and located in a lovely neighborhood that is close proximity to many things. We came to celebrate the graduation of my niece and Jessica’s home was a great place for the family to connect, rest between events and spend time together! Her home is beautifully appointed and was perfect for our stay. Jessica is a great host who communicates with her guests and is very responsive! Her home is filled with good energy and I would definitely book again! for future family events when visiting San Diego!

My family enjoyed this Airbnb so much! There were a few hiccups with the hot tub but the host was very responsive and quick to help us fix it. If you have a family, it’s honestly the best place! The house is spacious, beautiful, and there’s a beautiful park right across the street. Our children enjoyed this so much they didn’t want to leave. Honestly it was more than we expected. We were pleasantly surprised! We would definitely stay here again.

The heated pool and water slide were a huge hit, and we spent hours enjoying the water each day. Our host was amazing! Myrna was incredibly responsive, providing clear instructions and being available for anything we needed. The attention to detail and care truly made our experience special. It was perfect for our family!

We had a wonderful stay at Kim’s place in San Diego! The condo was clean, centrally located and very spacious. The gated garage was awesome, and we loved staying on an upper floor with great views. We arrived very late in the night, and Kim was kind enough to stay awake to meet us with the keys and codes. We had a great time staying there during the long weekend!

I’ve stayed in a lot of AirBnbs and this was the cleanest! What a lovely stay. The view is spectacular as well.

This place was absolutely amazing. Every detail and decoration was perfect, the views were surreal, located ideally in the middle of pacific beach. Able to walk to coffee every morning and enjoy ocean views from the comfort the living room. Host was very responsive and gave detailed instructions. Really couldn’t ask for anything more from an AirBnB!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The location was stunning, with ocean views and the soothing sound of the waves—it was the perfect place to relax after a day out. There were several great restaurants within walking distance, and we loved being able to grab snacks from the nearby Oxxo, just a short 5-minute walk away. The host was very accommodating, allowing us an early check-in, which we really appreciated. Security at the front was helpful and friendly—they assigned us a parking space and made it easy to find the building. We did experience a couple of minor issues: the shower wasn’t draining properly, and on the third day, the door wouldn't lock. The host responded quickly to our messages, but unfortunately, no one showed up after we waited about an hour. However, the issue was resolved while we were out, so everything was fine when we returned. Despite those small hiccups, we had a lovely time and would definitely consider staying here again.
