Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in La Puente

Mary’s place was great! There were many food spots right around the corner. It was very spacious and felt cozy. My favorite part was the giant mirror and dimmable lights! Parking and getting inside was easy.

I wish it were possible to put more than 5 stars because this place exceeded my expectations on so many levels! I’ve stayed at many Airbnbs before, but never been with a host that has gone as above and beyond for their guests as Kim and Van have. They anticipated my needs time and time again, but didn’t have to say a thing as they had everything labeled with helpful notes. I can’t wait to take a trip here again so I can stay at this Airbnb. The environment is so warm and welcoming, that I didn’t feel as though I was an intruding on someone’s home but rather in my home. 100000/10 would stay again and encourage you to stay as well!!

Amazing spot, very spacious Airbnb with large bathroom and kitchen. Location wa perfect- close to Burbank and downtown LA, in a safe neighborhood with a private parking spot and plenty of free street parking for any extra friends or guests you may have with you! Hosts were accommodating and responsive. My ONLY complaint is the mattress - it was very firm, with zero give, felt like sleeping on the floor. We do not like hard/extremely firm beds, so this was not for us. The couch bed in the living room space was also not the most comfortable. The reason I include this info about the bed for the public to read is because I’m someone who is extremely picky about beds when I’m on vacation, I like to feel like I’m sleeping on a cloud or a nice fluffy mattress, which always makes the vacation experience all that much better and contributes to a good nights sleep. This mattress needs a memory foam mattress pad, and then we would 💯 stay here again! Everything else about the place was great!

Manuel was a great host, he was responsive and helped us w any issues. The place was located to a grocery store and many great restaurants. It has nice amenities and was neat and tidy.

Great place and such a nice host! Allowed me to check in early and check out a little later. I would definitely be booking with in the future!

Natasha was the best host I have met! Respond to my message quickly and very understanding. The unit was small but sweet, had everything I needed. I liked the decoration. Only thing is that it was a bit difficult to walk my dog in the neighborhood as a lot of neighbours have dogs that will bark when we walked by. We encountered off leash dogs twice and had to run back.

Lovely stay! Very homely and excellent house. The flat was very well kept and properly cleaned before we checked in. Quick response from the owner and even had a parking spot for us which was very convenient. Stayed for 3 nights and worth the price we paid. Lovely view from the top. 👏👌

I wanted to share my positive experience with the recent stay. From the start, my questions were answered promptly, and the recommendations provided were excellent. The house was lovely and incredibly spacious, perfect for our family trip to Los Angeles. Although we were a bit bummed to check out at 10:00 AM, the house was so comfortable, cozy, and perfectly spacious that it made me wish I had a home like it. After our checkout, there were a few questions regarding our stay, and I appreciate the understanding and appreciation shown for our honesty.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for five nights and it was a lot to eat and do in the area, inexpensive and very clean. There were a few ants that popped up in the kitchen and bathroom here and there and sometimes the water in the bathroom smelled. Overall, it was very lovely and the host was very helpful/responsive. We would definitely stay here again if we’re in the area!

My family and I enjoyed really enjoyed our stay. The pictures posted on the app are accurate. The two bedrooms are a good size and the beds were really clean and comfortable. The home comes with a full size washer and dryer which was greatly appreciated. The host provided laundry pods, dryer sheets, and scented beads which was also greatly appreciated. The living room furniture was also clean and very comfortable as well. Yodi was a great host. She provided each guest with a pair of comfortable slippers., some toiletries to get you started. The home also comes with a very large front driveway where two SUVs can easily be parked. The private front driveway was a life saver since the street parking is non existent. Yodi provided clear and accurate instructions for the check in and check out procedures. The only negative is that the home’s only bathroom is very tiny. But outside of that I would recommend this home for adventurers in and around LA.

Yamileth’s place was very welcoming. There were many food spots a quick drive away which was extremely convenient. If you are looking for a big space in a peaceful neighborhood, this is the spot. The place has a very nice kitchen and laundry machines, which was also very convenient. Overall I enjoyed my stay and I highly recommend this spot!

We felt right at home at Celine’s! The home was spacious for my entire family as we relocated momentarily as our home was being fixed after a pipe burst. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook( cookware, bowls, strainers, etc.) Celine was also very accommodating when we needed to extend our stay. We would definitely return to stay in her beautiful home! Thank you again from the Palomino/Martinez family ❤️

The home was beautiful! Was well equipped with everything we needed, was exceptionally clean, very modern, beds were extremely comfortable and the host was very gracious and responsive to every question we had I would highly recommend!!

Selina was a very responsive host with a nice little place. Very clean and no frills. Bonus points for the gated private parking spot. If you are looking for a place to stay, with all the essentials and at a fair price, I would highly recommend.

Giselle and Ali are amazing hosts and we always enjoy our stay in their beautiful unit :) We’d definitely visit again soon!

We were in LA for business meetings. Before we make a reservation, we compared Ali's condo with the other condos surrounding. He is the most responsive and most helpful host, and we are so glad and lucky that we made a correct selection and book Ali's house. He likes a local friend who provided us with not only assistance/guidance on check-in and staying but also touring and catering advice. He is super responsive, proactively reaching out to us offering additional help, and so friendly. The place is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Guests can tell from the tasty design, details of guidance, and thoughtful and convenient amenities that Ali and his wife have spent great time and effort to make this place as welcoming and cozy as possible. This place is definitely our stay for next visit, regardless for business or private. The location is close to everything, peaceful, and in walking distance to my LA office and everything.

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

Nice Apartment in Alhambra. Lan and Glory we're really frindly and we had a beautiful time in Los Angeles!

Jeffrey’s home was fantastic and he was extremely responsive! We will definitely rent with him again if we are ever back in the area.
