This is a beautiful apartment suitable for 4 people. The location is absolutely perfect and has a lovely balcony with a gorgeous view on to the street and of the Torres de Serranos. The apartment was spacious and clean. Our only problem was that there was only one set of keys and for four of us this was problematic especially as the key is also used to power the electrics. However we communicated this to the company and they managed to get us a second key by the third day.

The apartment is beautiful and surprisingly spacious—much larger than it appears in the photos. The location couldn’t be better, with everything within easy reach. Arantxa is an exceptional host: super flexible, quick to respond, and genuinely helpful. Highly recommended.

Javier was a very responsive host, always providing clear instructions for check in and any other questions that came up. Overall our stay was very nice. The location cannot be better, and having a parking spot in the city center is a luxury. House was well stocked with cleaning and other items.

We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf in het appartement van Carlos. Een prachtige uitvalsbasis in Valencia: mooi, sfeervol en kleurrijk ingericht, met zichtbaar gevoel voor detail. Het appartement ligt aan een klein parkje met speeltuin, en het gezellige geroezemoes van het restaurantje op de hoek gaf precies de juiste levendigheid. Aanrader voor wie Valencia wil verkennen! Tip: Twee straten verder zit Dulce De Leche (DDL) — een fantastisch ontbijtrestaurant. En: Fietsen huren kan op loopafstand, niet duur en echt een leuke manier om de stad te ontdekken.

If Vicen’s place is available, book it! It’s close to aquarium and science museum, downstairs are great restaurants and coffee shops. You are about 20 mins from downtown/old town area but it’s very quiet and worth the taxi into town. We had two children so only took taxis in which were not that expensive. The apartment was very spacious, well stocked with linens, towels, etc. she didn’t have beach towel or toys but that was okay. Overall great stay and would highly recommend. We also had questions about the area and she was very responsive! Thank you!!

Wir waren zu siebt für sechs Nächte in der Wohnung und sie hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen. Moderne Einrichtung und alles da was man braucht. Das Einzelbett ist nicht besonders gut für große Menschen geeignet aber ausreichend. Die Lage ist super. Mit dem Fahrrad 15 Minuten zum Strand und in die Altstadt. Die Wohnung ist nur zu empfehlen!

An amazing stay in Valencia, thanks in part to the warm welcome from Carmen and Iris. The apartment was incredibly clean and beautifully decorated. Well located, just 5 minutes from buses and the metro, providing easy access to all parts of the city. Go without hesitation! Thank you for your hospitality, ladies, and maybe see you again soon.

El apartamento de Laura y Angel es una maravilla. Tiene diseño tanto arquitectónico como de interiores. Muebles de calidad y muy bien equipado. Solo puedo decir elogios al respecto. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Great house with many rooms and separate beds. Really enjoyed the large terrace with swimming pool and BBQ. Friendly and helpful host. Highly recommended!

Loved everything about this home.. notice I used the word home. Lovely homey touches throughout. The tile work is simply beautiful, the view is breathtaking, the garden is so serene. Very fun yet relaxed area with very friendly/nice neighbors. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Great spot , 10 minutes from the beach and close to public transport. Apartment was exactly what I wanted , maintained its traditional characteristics but had the mod cons you need. Definitely recommend it , beautiful home , beautiful veranda. Super

We were a group of seven and this house was excellent as we all had enough privacy. The kitchen was well appointed, including a great coffee machine and we had some lovely meals both in the kitchen and outside, which in the evening was a lovely, shady area to eat and relax. The house was nicely private, not overlooked and the owner has obviously given a lot of thought to the fixtures and furnishings. Great location for either the beach area or to travel into town by tram, bus or metro. Overall a perfect house for combining a beach break with a vibrant, city location.

El alojamiento de Fernando es super acogedor! Hemos pasado un fin de semana y muy agusto! El alojamiento está muy cerca de la playa y tiene muchos servicios cerca. Es tal cual las fotos, las camas cómodas, con todo lo necesario para sentirse como en casa. El anfitrión desde el minuto uno ha contestado muy rápido y dando muchos detalles o consejos sobre qué hacer. Nos ha mandado una lista extensa de restaurantes, bares, cosas que hacer en la zona! De 10! Muchísimas gracias!

El apartamento nos ha encantado, muy limpio y ordenado. Con todo lujo de detalles. Laura ha sido muy amable y atenta. Muy cerca de la playa y zona de restauración. Repetiremos seguro. 100% recomendable.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Rozana und Cristobal sind wunderbare Gastgeber. Es gibt allerdings kein zweites Schlafzimmer sondern lediglich ein durch Vorhänge vom Wohn-Essbereich abgetrennten Bereich für eine Person. Für uns war das aber ok. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und das morgendliche Schwimmen im Meer genossen. Unterkunft ist ca. 30min. von Valencia entfernt. Sehr toll auch die Stände der lokalen Bauern auf dem Weg. Hier konnen wir erntefrisches Obst und Gemüse erstehen. Sehr schmackhaft. Danke nochmal Rozana und Cristobal. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Spacious, quiet, clean apartment with everything you need and close to the historic center. Lots of great local food options in the neighborhood. Apartment is very quiet and I slept great. We were very happy with everything and Hernan is a great , responsive, friendly host.

the place was newly remodeled with good taste. it had everything we needed and she even provided coffee. it was very clean. she was awesome to work with! sometimes it got a little noisy, but it didn't bother us just may be tough if someone has a baby. we would stay here again.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Valence ! Le logement était conforme à la description, propre et très agréable. Les propriétaires ont été super accueillants, toujours disponibles et très proactifs. Ils nous ont donné de bonnes adresses de restaurants et se sont montrés flexibles sur l’heure de départ, ce qui a été très appréciable. Des hôtes vraiment sympathiques et professionnels – nous recommandons vivement !

Fantastic place in old-town, right near the River/Park. Maybe a 15-minute walk to the central market. Windows in both front and back which means nice breeze, and a tiny balcony with enough room to sit outside. And A/C for the times it is too hot. Decor is just like the pictures. Jose is one of the most helpful hosts I've dealt with.
