This is such a beautiful living space. A serene place to stay in the middle of a vibrant area. The views from the living area are wonderful and the amenities are great for the most part. The bedrooms are not great spaces, but are bearable because there rest of the apartment is such lovely quality. Very good kitchen and laundry facilities

Very good stay with friends in the accommodation which is very clean, well equipped. The 2 secure parking spaces are really very convenient and access to the city center on foot is quick via a very pleasant path. The host was welcoming and accommodating. Great place.

Two-day stay with my son, who is almost 3, and my mom. All 3 of us enjoyed our stay. Very good location near the beach, shops, town center, not far from Chatelaion and La Rochelle. Colette is a superb host, very kind, pleasant to talk to and accommodating for arrivals and departures. We recommend Colette and we would be happy to come back for a longer stay. We couldn't have asked for more for our stay in La Rochelle with friends. Located in the center, everything is within walking distance. The apartment is very spacious, very clean, tastefully decorated and very well-equipped. Guillaume was very accommodating and friendly. We recommend it 200%.

Very friendly and accommodating host, we benefited from a very appreciable time bonus. Ideal location for this beautiful apartment, close to all amenities, restaurant etc. and yet in a very quiet environment. Perfect stay, I can only recommend Benoit's apartment.

Lovely little home , with all mode cons . Only downside to the stay was not allowed to take the dog on any of the beaches in the area.

A perfect stay! The accommodation was impeccable, with impeccable hygiene. Everything is designed for comfort: a lot of quality equipment, neat and tasteful decoration that creates a warm atmosphere. The exterior is simply beautiful, with a very well maintained pool, ideal for relaxing. The welcome manual is clear, complete and very useful. An address to recommend with our eyes closed, we will be happy to come back.

A very nice stone house, pleasant to live in and very well equipped. A very nice outdoor space and the best: possibility to park your car inside... which is a real plus because there is paid parking outside. The interior of the house is consistent with the photos and you feel at home. Only regret: not staying longer to enjoy the garden. Big advantage of the house: its location, in a quiet neighborhood and close to the city center. La Rochelle market is 15 minutes max and 25 minutes from the port of La Rochelle. You can get everywhere on foot.

A very good stay at Brigitte's, who was super welcoming. The accommodation is easy to access and close to the center of La Flotte. It is very well equipped, clean and warm. Ideally located, this accommodation is perfect for discovering the island of Ré and its beautiful landscapes by bike (rental right next door, friendly). The little extra is the sauna. Beautiful decoration, well-equipped. Good communication with the host who gives good advice. Parking right across.
