Beautiful recently renovated village house near village and shops, 15 minutes from the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit. It consists of 2 bedrooms, one equipped with a smart TV with a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with smart TV as well. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Located just 20 minutes from the 24-hour circuit, enjoy a space independent of our property. Composed of a large living room with open kitchen, bedroom and shower room, you can sleep up to 4 people + 1 baby bed. Parking space on a quiet street.
