There is a choice of bars & restaurants. A selection of shops including a small supermarket, 2 boulangeries, butchers, florist and pharmacy. A beautiful lake with a small beach only a short walk away. It offers numerous activities including picturesque walks, fishing and during summer, aqua sports & bar/restaurant.

Located 1 hour from Futuroscope and 30 minutes from the parks of La Brenne, our house will bring you the relaxation and calm that you are looking for while combining comfort and space for holidays for families or friends. We renovated this old barn on 2 levels with a contemporary touch while keeping the charm of the old. The swimming pool (6x12m) is heated from June to September according to the outside temperatures and has a fully equipped pool house (kitchen, shower, toilet)

Le Logis de Leigners: design & heated pool

Our holiday home is at the gates of the Brenne National Park, 330 km from Porte d 'Auteuil in Paris. Former 250 m2 hunting pavilion located in a park of 2 hectares of landscaped, the house is perfectly equipped. It was completely restored in 2014. Furnished in a fairly contemporary style, it offers, summer and winter, a soothing setting in the heart of the nature. The swimming pool (9x4) is made of concrete, heated to 25 degrees from May to September.

The building is ideally located a 5-minute walk from the train station (Poitiers-Limoges line), the city of writing, a riverside guinguette and the historic city center. Montmorillon is a 15 min drive from Civaux and Lussac les châteaux, and 40 min from Poitiers and its Futuroscope.
