Cozy Swedish vacation home

In the middle of the forest, and close to the ferry's arrival and a good beach, is our holiday home, 90 m2 plus 15 m2 annex with plenty of space for up to six people. The house is not suitable for people with cat allergies, as the owners themselves have cats. The house is a Swedish holiday home, well insulated and with a wood-burning stove, cozy kitchen and living room in one, large terrace and 5500 m2 plot with enclosed cat yard, greenhouse and raised beds, outdoor furniture, fireplace and free firewood. Can also easily be rented in autumn and winter, e.g. Christmas and/or New Year on Læsø.

apartment 3 "Badehotellet"

Apartment 3 "Badehotellet" is one of three apartments on Hals Skolevej. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the beautiful main building, which was built in 1907 and has now been completely modernized. The apartment has white-painted sloping walls and is really cozy All apartments are located in the middle of a large old garden with many old trees, here you can barbecue. Deer often pass by as well. Hals Skolevej is located 5 minutes by car from Byrum, where there are gourmet butchers and shopping opportunities. 10-15 minutes drive from all of Læsø's nice beaches.

Mors hus

Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis. The house is an older house with a thatched roof. There is a double bed made of 2 single beds in one room, in the passage room there are 2 single beds and a sofa bed, in the living room there is also a sofa bed. New kitchen with gas stove. There is a large garden for the house which is surrounded by forest and fields with horses. There are several good routes in the area to go for a walk and, for example, see the thatched houses and wildlife on the beach meadows. Vegetables and eggs can be bought depending on the season.

Villa Borgen on Vesterø, Læsø

This idyllic place is a hidden gem on the authentic Danish island of Læsø. The house is located less than 100 meters from a fantastic beach where there is always plenty of space and which can be enjoyed from an early morning swim to late evenings with a magical sunset. The villa is located in the village of Vesterø with a short distance to shops, restaurants and the spa. The jetty and harbor are only 5 minutes from the house and a free bus that takes you to the rest of the island goes right outside. There is plenty of space in the house for two families on vacation.

The Cannon House

On Læsø you will find this unique cannon house from 1777, formerly a seaweed house that with its rich history and characteristic architecture was one of the island's most photographed buildings. The house has many old preserved details. Inside, you will find an authentic atmosphere where originality is preserved with respect for the soul of the house. The original rafters are made of old ship masts. The annex is made with a covered outdoor kitchen at one end and a wilderness tub on the terrace and a shower with cold and hot water at the other end

Annex

The annex is 25 m2 and is located 500 meters from Vesterø harbor, with easy access to ferry, beach, shopping, restaurants and shopping. The house is bright and newly renovated with a kitchenette (hob, electric kettle, air fryer, tableware, toaster, etc.), bathroom, a bedroom (160x200), a loft with two mattresses (80x200) and a sofa bed. The house has a terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. The house is located in the backyard of a 2400 m2 private property, with the possibility of access via Tværvej and parking of car in the backyard.

Apartment 4 The new apartment

The apartment is the former headmaster's residence from the time when a school teacher was a highly respected person in society. Therefore, no expense was spared when the house was built. The best materials were used and the architect created large high-ceilinged rooms with a nice light. Since then, I have stayed on the right track and the home now appears fully modern with 3 large double rooms, a huge kitchen with a lovely dining area. Direct exit to the garden and the private terrace, as well as 2 bathrooms.

Hvent Hytten 1A

Hyggelig hytte i Hvent ligger i naturskønne omgivelser. Nyd roen i denne charmerende lille hytte for 2 personer, omgivet af marker og skov. Hytten ligger dejligt og har terrasse, hvor I kan nyde solen. Der er ca. 4 km til både Byrum og Vesterø Havn med indkøb,strand ,restauranter og isbutik og legeplads. Gratis buskørsel på øen – stoppested er ca. 800 m fra huset. Medbring selv håndklæder og viskestykker sengetøj og ling. Kæledyr er ikke tilladt. Ingen rygning indendørs.

There is plenty of space here, about 80 m2. It has high ceilings, the rooms are large with nice light from both sides. The kitchen is small but well-functioning. The bathroom is large and something for itself. Good furniture in the living room, exciting paintings on the walls. The door in the laundry room leads out to a cozy sunny flower garden, a good place for breakfast or lunch. In short, the apartment is lovely to be in

Idyllic Island Farmhouse

Welcome to Øregård ! Here you will be able to share some memorable moments with your friends and family. Located 300 meter from the beach, the property stretches almost 30 acres and is totally secluded within nature. This is also one of the best places to kitesurf on the island. The historic house is fully equipped and has various seating arrangements both inside and outside. We hope you will have a mesmerizing stay !

Hyggeligt feriehus i Hvent – mellem Vesterø Havn og Byrum Huset ligger roligt omgivet af mark og skov og har plads til 5 personer fordelt på 3 soveværelser. Dejligt køkken, stor stue og to badeværelser. Have med god plads til leg og en skøn solkrog på terrassen. Ca. 4 km til både Byrum og Vesterø Havn med indkøb, strand, restauranter og isbutik. Huset er røg- og husdyrfrit. Sengetøj og håndklæder medbringes.

You have easy access from the ferry (1 km) and are close to a good beach, restaurants and shops from this charming accommodation which is located in very quiet surroundings. There are 4 rooms in total (see other listings), 3 double rooms and one single room. Cot and work table can be provided.
