The newly built warehouse 14 is 4 km away from the city center. Loods 14 is located between two Groningen waters, namely the Damsterdiep and the Eemskanaal. Een fantastische plek om als uitvalsbasis te benutten, te werken of tot rust te komen. Er zijn 2 fietsen beschikbaar voor gasten. Openbaar vervoer is op loopafstand. Parkeren is gratis. Er is een groot groen erf met een boomgaard, weiland met poel (en meerdere bankjes), kippen, haan, schapen en een lieve hond (stabij).
