The Jezernica creek, which flows past the house, creates a pleasant babbling sound. The small kitchen is spacious enough for you to prepare homemade teas and proper Slovenian coffee. Making yourself one of these drinks, you can relax on a lovely terrace with a view of the neighbouring pasture where horses graze.

The house is located in Valbruna, a small and quiet village in the Valcanale, close to the Julian Alps. It is a short walk from the center of the village and is a strategic starting point for the naturalistic and historical excursions that Val Saisera offers. In the village, there is a grocery store for basic necessities, a few hundred meters from the house. A supermarket is 4 kilometers towards Tarvisio. One km from Valbruna are the accesses to the AlpeAdria cycle path.

Inside you will find a double bed, refrigerator, electric moka coffee pot, toaster, microwave, kettle and coffee, snacks, bread for toast, and jams. In the bathroom a shower, sink and toilet with built-in bidet. Address is via delle Birulle Valbruna inside the Valbruna mini Golf. You can park on the street when there is snow, 50 meters before on the right.

I Caprioli Apartment

A few meters from the AlpeAdria Cycle Route, immersed in the largest state forest in Italy, the Ai Caprioli condominium is both isolated and strategically located. Our apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette and double sofa bed, a bedroom separated by a sliding door, a bathroom and a terrace overlooking the mountains.
