Facing the Levante sea - First floor - Eco-friendly

Every morning, the sun rises directly from the sea in front of the house, giving a natural spectacle that illuminates every corner of the apartment. The first rays gently pass through the windows, filtering through the curtains and caressing the furnishings with a warm, golden light. Villa Franca is located about 850 meters above sea level and overlooks a balcony on the Mercure Valley surrounded from east to south by the Pollino chain. The house has a large living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a kitchen equipped with a fireplace complete with appliances, 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom, a large porch, and an outdoor barbecue. Given the location, you can get to the Lao gorges for rafting, Mount Pollino for hiking and the Latronico thermal baths in a few minutes

Casa Monte e Mare is a holiday apartment located in Marina di Strongoli. It is a charming, quiet holiday resort, located on the coast of the crystal clear, turquoise Ionian Sea. The apartment is 93 sq meters and is decorated in a seaside style, fully furnished and located just 20 meters from the beach. It has two terraces, one overlooking the sea, the other overlooking the hills. The apartment is renovated and is located in a recently renovated building located on a fenced property.
