A casa está inserida numa quinta de 3 ha entre Carvoeiro e Ferragudo, a 5' de carro das praias destas localidades (4,5 Km p/ estrada). O espaço a alugar é ao lado da casa principal, onde se encontram os proprietários, mas totalmente independente desta. O local é muito agradável, muito calmo e amplo, podendo desfrutar de passeios e contacto com o campo/natureza, usufruindo assim facilmente de campo e/ou praia. Possui ainda uma excelente piscina que pode utilizar livremente à hora que desejar.

Le petit cabanon est très agréable ! Lorsque le soleil se lève avec la fraîcheur du matin, le petit déjeuner est juste magique ! Vous pourrez profiter du chant des oiseaux et du calme. La cuisine est entièrement équipée, le salon dispose d'un grand canapé et d'un téléviseur ( Netflix, Amazon prime ...) Le logement à un bar, qui s'ouvre sur l'extérieur pour des apéritifs sympathiques. La chambre est à côté de la salle de bain On nous en a dit que du bien! Un plaisir de vous recevoir...

Also comprises a bathroom with shower and a double bed bedroom with fitted wardrobes. With views to the golf course and being close to amenities, this flat is perfect for your holidays. Located on Vila Golfemar, benefiting of a communal swimming and communal car parking.

Das Apartment liegt in einer familiengeführten und bewirtschafteten Anlage, dort in einer Sackgasse. Wir fühlen uns wie in einer Hotelsuite. Die Rezeption ist Mo bis Fr von 9.00 Uhr - 17.00 Uhr geöffnet. Es gibt ein hervorragendes Restaurant (Februar bis Ende Oktober), einen Swimming Pool mit Baby Becken, einen Spielplatz und im Sommer einen Mini Supermarkt. Die Reinigung erfolgt wöchentlich. Der pittoreske Dorfkern von Carvoeiro liegt am Atlantik und ist in 15 Min. zu Fuß erreichbar.

The house also offers plenty of shade for the warmer days. The villa is located only 1,2km from the beach and the centre.
