Luxury rentals in Laguna Beach

The location of this home is perfect! Centrally located between the two nicest beach towns on 30A is the ideal spot to be. You are only a 10 minute walk in either direction to hit either Alys or Rosemary Beach and their amenities! It was unfortunate that during our stay (spring break week) the community pool was undergoing renovations and had the entire common area torn up and heavy construction equipment going most of the day. This took away from the community pool experience, and we were not informed of this prior to booking by host. This is something I expect, esp for a luxe property. Second bummer for our stay was the house directly next door had exterior paining going on the second half of our stay and the homes are so close that we were frequently interrupted by the painters communicating with one another as well as their music. There were ladders all over the rear exterior and side of the home facing our rental and it made using the pool (which we paid to heat) unusable

Can’t say enough positive things about our stay with Paradise30A!!! The location and views were impeccable, the hosts were in constant communication and very responsive with any requests or questions we had, and every recommendation they gave us was wonderful!! We had the best girls trip and were so relaxed based on all of the accommodations. Of anything, we only wish the trip had been longer!

Beautiful house with amazing backyard space! Very close walking distance to the beach. Can easily bike to Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Had a couple of minor issues during stay and Jason was always available and got things fixed very quickly! Highly recommend!

Responsive and friendly host, beautiful and clean home, incredible view, prime location! We will return for another visit and would recommend this house to friends and family. Exceeded our expectations!

The Home Is Amazing. The Pictures Does Not Do The Home Enough Justice. House Was In Top Great Clean Condition, The Elevator, And The Pool In The Home Was A Bonus. Peach And Palms Host Was Very Responsive, Informative, And Quick To Respond To Any Questions I Had. The Home Will Definitely Be On My Come Back To List.

We enjoyed every second at this beautiful piece of paradise—we had a semi large group welcoming our son home for a short visit from his USAF duty station in England and the house was perfect. The home literally had everything we needed, we brought our own beach towels and chairs but the home had 20+ beach towels and at least 8 chairs. The golf cart came in handy for sure. The only feedback (and this is so so minor) was the grill desperately needed cleaning. The home was spotless and even bigger than we anticipated—beds super comfy. And layout offers opportunities for napping kids to sleep peacefully while others are up and about. Others mentioned the door alarm—it is annoying but worth it for peace of mind— we had toddlers with us. You do get your exercise with the stairs but we didn’t mind them, elderly may have a hard time. Easy check out tasks compared to other homes we have stayed in. We will be back!!!

This stay was perfect for our girls trip! It was a short walk to the beach and the pool was amazing for evening swims or when we weren’t up for the beach. It was close to shopping and restaurants. All of us had our own space with our own bathroom which made it perfect to relax! Would 100% stay here again! Beautiful!

The Sands was a wonderful home for me and my extended family. Plenty of rooms for everyone and the most comfy bed linens. Loved that we were super close to the beach and the pool was amazing!
