Holiday rentals with a sauna in Laguna Beach

This condo is awesome. It was our first time in Panama City Beach and we will definitely go back. Chris and Cameron are extremely responsive and amazing hosts. The place is exactly as described in the post and what you see in the pictures is what it looks like. You can’t get closer to the beach and the area is great. Very quiet and clean gated community with a private beach (no public access). Beach was clean and absolutely amazing. The place is really close to some grocery stores, cvs and some really good restaurants. We definitely recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for a quiet vacation.

The condo is located in a great spot on the beach. Close to everything, but not overcrowded. The balcony is huge & will accommodate your whole group. There are lots of beach gear & towels, so no need to bring that stuff. The condo is nice & clean just as Alex described. There is no Kuerig for your coffee, just a regular drip coffee maker.

My two kids and I traveled to the area and needed last minute accommodations after a snag elsewhere. Maggie was very quick to respond on a Friday night after hours and extremely helpful in making sure I understood the listing and additional pricing for parking and wristbands at the resort before confirming the reservation. Very sweet and I appreciated her demeanor and upfront honesty. Maggie's place was the PERFECT spot to relax and escape to oceanfront living. Beautiful condo, very clean, so much space! The views from the balcony were absolutely beautiful, I could sit watch and listen to the ocean waves roll in all day! SO glad I came across her listing, such a wonderful location, very accommodating resort, and nearby so many places to walk instead of driving! The resort itself was clean, well laid out, and the outdoor pool area was a haven for the kids to splash around and swim, beautifully lit up at night as well. Walk right to the beach from the pool area. Wonderful! :)

Absolutely fantastic place to stay! The view is breathtaking in person. The host is fantastic, super responsive, and easy to communicate with. The place has everything you need for a beach vacation. We will definitely be back!

Room was great. Great view and only couple minutes to walk to Pier Park. Has everything you need. Well differently stay again.

This place truly is amazing. The community the property is surrounded by is outstanding, the beach was amazing, and the unit itself was everything a family could ask for. It was spotless, extremely well stocked, easy access to the beach, and very close to all the major attractions and things to do in Panama City. We really couldn’t have had a better experience. I highly recommend this stay!

Listing was as pictured. Beautiful views, clean, had everything you would need. Only complaint I have is our power went out for 6 hrs and when I contacted the host for compensation for that night the host didn’t want to offer compensation whatsoever. I do understand it is not the host’s fault that the power went out but it was definitely a inconvenience, it was late at night so it was dark, we couldn’t charge phones or take a shower, cook, watch tv, my elderly father couldn’t use his breathing machine etc but other than that in general i would recommend. It was a great stay minus that night.

Great place to stay! The resort was in a nice/safe location, with great beach views. The place itself was clean & roomy for our group of 6. In addition to the bunk room having its own bathroom, we were gladly surprised to find it had its own door with a lock. The communication & responding of the host was the best we have experienced with Airbnb. We would gladly stay at this place again!

The accommodation is excellent, clean, with the necessary amenities, excellent view, very good host. The bad thing is the place, the outside part lacks hygiene and cleanliness, the elevators are dirty and the rubber is bad and it does not have much gastronomic offer, but the annotation is excellent

Tim’s condo is amazing! Exactly as pictured and very well stocked! The location could not be better! The place is beautifully decorated and the patio deserves 10 stars!!!! Complimentary beach service was a big bonus! I have not one complaint. To top off the perfect stay, our host was awesome! Super resonant helpful! Condo was easy to find, great parking, a gym and sauna on the same floor as the unit, I could go on and on! Thank you so much for sharing this gem with us! We will 1000% be back again soon!!!

I would like to echo others who came before me… Stop scrolling and book!!! I’m not even kidding, this condo is everything. My friend and I just returned from an amazing three-night trip to Panama City Beach, and staying here made the whole experience even better. The condo is super cute, clean, and in the PERFECT location right on the beach. The view from the balcony is absolutely gorgeous! The photos don’t do it justice! Stephanie, the host, is hands down the sweetest and most thoughtful I’ve ever booked with. She had everything ready for us—coffee, snacks, kitchen essentials—and even made sure we had reserved beach chairs, every day, which was such a nice touch. The resort has great amenities too. There are clean, relaxing pools, an on-site bar for drinks, and amazing restaurants just minutes away. Everything you need for a perfect beach trip is right there. This place was amazing inside and great for our group of 7(3 adults/4 kids). The pictures matched exactly how it appears. We used the pack and play and the umbrellas provided which was a huge plus to not have to spend over $200(x2) on a chair and umbrella rental. Host responded to our needs when she could which is always a plus. The only negative thing I have to say which is out of the host control and she clearly states the elevator wait times at check in/check out are like 5-15 minutes. We had a 2 year old so that’s not very ideal for our situation being on the 16th floor but we’ll definitely check out other rentals Sheryl has on our yearly Panama. 5 stars for Host and room, 4 stars for tidewater itself.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at the condo. It has a beautiful ocean view. The condo looked just like the pictures. It was very nice and clean. The host was very responsive, and provided us with everything we needed for our stay. I wish the bedroom had a little more storage for clothes since we had our kids with us. I highly recommend the condo and will book it again in the future!

The condo is on 13th floor. Balcony with cute dining set with 3 chairs. The view of the mighty ocean was spectacular. We had everything we needed and the space was comfy. Mr Coffee machine, but take your own ground coffee, creamer, sugar. And might want to take extra rolls of toilet paper. Overall excellent stay! Will go back!

This place is nothing less but amazing. Exactly as shown in the photos. Top notch cleanliness! The beds were very comfortable. Probably the most comfortable beds we have slept in while vacationing! The closet is packed with everything plus more that you could possibly need for the beach. That was a huge plus and space saver instead of packing beach supplies with us to bring. 2 beach chairs and an umbrella are included with your stay, which is an added bonus! Right down From pier park, which was nice. We spent multiple nights there. The balcony was huge! With plenty of seating for several people. The 2 pools and hot tub were very nice and spotless as well. Lisa was very nice and very responsive. This spot is amazing, book it! This was our first time in PCB and we’ve already talked about going back next year and will be booking here again!

Our stay was amazing! Jill is an exceptional host and very responsive. Her place is beautiful and right on the beach. My family had plenty of room and the beds were very comfortable. We loved being able to wake up and walk right out onto the beach. We will definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing experience at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. The host was incredibly responsive and friendly, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed, yet peaceful and quiet at night. We really enjoyed the private back yard with jacuzzi, cold lunge, hammock, fire pit and chairs, and appreciated the beach gear and bicycles! I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the 30A area.

We enjoyed our stay for a girls trip. Quiet and had everything we needed. Beach is a short drive away but parking can be difficult if you don’t get there early enough. Stairs may be difficult for those with knee or mobility issues. Overall, the home was lovely and hosts were great.

The house was very nice! Very nice master bath and living areas. Plenty of space for everyone to hangout and a quiet neighborhood. Sydney was an excellent host and even when we had issues, she was quick to provide solutions. We will be staying again next year!

Beautiful place the house was just like the pictures. The house was clean from top to bottom and had everything in it that we would have needed. The host was awesome stayed connected in case we needed anything and made us felt like we were home. If you won’t peaceful, clean and comfort I would definitely recommend a stay.

We had 6 family members in the unit. We all had space to spread out and maintain privacy while sharing the common space. The bathrooms were exceptional. The beds comfortable. The kitchen well-appointed. A great place to hang out with loved ones and make good memories.
