Gorgeous well stocked duplex just steps from the beach! This unit is great for the family trip to the turquoise waters and white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast. When you aren't at the beach, take a swim in the pool in the back yard. This home is a 7 minute drive to Pier Park and 8 minute drive to Rosemary Beach / 30A. 2 Bed / 1.5 Bath. This unit shares the pool area with it's identical twin (unit B). Each unit has their own private back deck with grill and outdoor dining table.

We also provide lightning-fast wifi, a quiet workspace, an exceptionally well-equipped kitchen and sleeping arrangements for 14 guests. This home is an 8-minute drive to Pier Park and just 10 minutes to Rosemary Beach and 30A. We are dog-friendly with payment of a $170 pet fee. Three dogs maximum.
