There are several restaurants, coffee houses, bars, supermarkets, backeries, doctors, post offices, banks (ATM). The main shopping street in walking distance (3-5 minutes).

It is a 12-minute drive to the highway and the center of the university city of Siegen.

The apartment is located in a quiet location in the old town center of the municipality of Greifenstein-Ulm at the foot of the Westerwald. Here you can arrive, relax in a casual atmosphere, feel comfortable and, if necessary, get out of the way in the 80 m² apartment ;-) Our geese can be observed on a separate pasture, which is especially fun for children. In winter you have the opportunity to spend cozy evenings with cozy stove heat. Wood does not have to be brought along ;-)

Due to its central location, the apartment is recommended as the perfect starting point for all kinds of activities and excursions around and in the Lahn Valley. Rest and relax in our spacious apartment on the outskirts of Giessen. The bedroom with queen-size bed is perfect for single travellers or couples. For companions or kids, a large sofa in the living room transforms into a comfortable double bed and a chaise longue becomes an extra single bed if needed. Giessen's city centre, university campuses and clinic are all a short bus ride or drive away, while supermarkets and bakeries are within walking distance.

Our well-equipped self-catering holiday flat is in Langhecke, and looks over the valley which leads down to the Lahn river in Aumenau. The flat is ideal as a basis for trecking trips, canoe trips on the Lahn, (motor)bike tours or trail riding (ask us about keeping your horses nearby!). There's plenty of opportunity for activity in the fresh air of this interesting and peaceful countryside. Enjoy the calm and the nature here with us on the Schulberg!

As a former leather goods shop of our ancestors - the donor family Weintraut - we now welcome you to the freshly furnished ground floor apartment of this historic house from 1530. The famous poet Dietrich Weintraut lived here beyond the city's borders in the 19th century.
