Beautiful and private guest house by the water. Well separated from the main house, this guest house is located with Genevadsån river running along the house. The house is newly renovated and surrounded by a large sunny patio where you can spend the day and evening. If you want to warm up in the evening, you can swim or light a fire in the barbecue hut Nearby is a swimming jetty in Antorpa lake and Mästocka lake as well as nature reserves in Bökeberg and Bölarp. 10 minutes away by car is Veinge where you will find a pizzeria, grocery store, kiosk and outdoor swimming area.

Stay comfortably in this nice accommodation, completed in the spring of 2023. From the accommodation, you can see magically beautiful sunsets. The beach is only a few minutes away and is accessed via a small path. Two larger bedrooms with double beds and a smaller one with an 80 cm bed that can easily be pulled out to a 160 cm bed. Fully-equipped modern kitchen with light and nice dining area. The accommodation is part of a semi-detached house but very well soundproofed and with separate patios that create a proper private sphere.

Welcome to Villa Söderläget! A small house with great opportunities. Quiet area with lovely views to wake up to. Walking distance to Laholm city center and just a few minutes drive to both Melbystrand and Båstad. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, a fully tiled bathroom and underfloor heating throughout the house. A loft of about 12 m2 with a 180x200 bed. Sofa bed for two people and air mattress for two people. Bed linens, i.e. sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases as well as towels are available for rent if desired.

With just a few hundred meters to the vast sandy beach, you can enjoy sunny days and lovely evenings by the sea. The large leafy plot is private and offers seating in several directions. 3 bedrooms and a sleeping alcove as described. For the active, there is a fitness trail, an MTB trail and an outdoor gym 500 meters away.

The pool is available june, jul and august. Walking distance to the sea, restaurants, mini golf, grocery store etc. Bike distance to Båstad. Final cleaning is included but we would like to remove and wash dishes. Bedlinen and towels are not included but are available to rent.

Farmhouse Båstad

Wonderful farmhouse 4 km just outside Båstad. The farmhouse is located on a farm with Icelandic horses in a fantastic environment with beech forests. The house has a sleeping loft with two single beds. On the ground floor, there is a sofa bed for 2 people. Nice living room with kitchen and fireplace. Large, spacious patio in all directions with outdoor furniture and Weber gas grill. Hiking, horseback riding and cycling trails are available in the area.
