Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Lake Forest Park

Peter accommodated my large party and me. This home is perfect for a large group to come together, given the multiple rooms and significant space on both floors. We didn’t spend much time in the backyard, but I wish we had. It’s a perfect place to enjoy time with your group. When booking the whole house, you have more than you need, including two kitchens. There are even board games to enjoy with your large group. Peter is a great host and very easy to get ahold of. He proactively ensured we had an AC in the living room and one of the bedrooms before we needed it. I was there for graduation during a weekend when the city was under a heat warning - that and being from Southern California, I did feel hot if I wasn’t in a room with an AC, but I think we may be outliers because we live by the water. That’s not on the host - it’s just the unfortunate reality of how hot summers are getting. I hope you and your large group enjoy this home as much as we did! Thanks, Peter!

Second time staying at Marie and Yong's. Just as lovely as previously. Comfortable accommodation in a quiet area. Will continue to consider them as my go-to place in Kirkland.

Beautiful home. We had a quick visit for our sons college graduation, from Seattle University. This was the perfect place to stay with our family. The back deck was great for morning coffee and listening to the birds. Its not to far from the city, so you can come in from the big city life of Seattle to a much more quieter and quainter setting. We had an amazing stay at Raphael’s Airbnb! The home is absolutely beautiful and feels so cozy and welcoming. It was spotlessly clean, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The location is fantastic—super close to restaurants, grocery stores, shops, and more, making it so convenient to explore the area. Having an EV charger on-site was a huge plus! Raphael was an exceptional host, incredibly attentive, and quick to respond to any questions or concerns, ensuring our stay went smoothly. We highly recommend this place and can’t wait to return when we’re back in the Seattle area!

We enjoyed our stay because it was very roomy for two people with ample parking, close to the waterfront, and very private. Full kitchen.

This is an amazing home with an attentive/responsive host. We had a gathering of family and friends to celebrate my son's graduation. There was plenty of space, large beautifully updated kitchen. The pool and game room were the favored spots for the teens (Air hockey, shuffleboard and pinball!! ) and the covered deck and kitchen for the adults. We were all so comfortable, this was a hard home to leave because it had everything we needed, including very comfortable beds. We will recommend this rental over and over again.

Our stay at Serene Shadow Lake was exactly what we needed. Absolutely beautiful view of the lake with the eagles, humming birds,and geese, loved listening to the song birds, and frogs. Felt at home and slept like a dream. Would highly recommend.

This loft is amazing. Mike is an awesome, friendly, accommodating host. The view, space, and amenities are beyond exceptional. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place to anyone!

Kristin Anne is an incredible host who lives right above the rental. There are thoughtful amenities throughout, and the temperature remained comfortable during the month of May. Greenlake park is a short walk away and there are plenty of things to do in Wallingford.

Sue really thought of everything. This was an immaculate home and the amenities were beyond expectation. Great walking distance to anything. Very private and secure! Don’t pass up this Gem!

Thank you to Kelly and Patrick for the great stay! The place was clean and well kept, you can tell that they put great care and thought to making sure their place is like a home away from home. Easy transportation, great restaurants and cafes near by and Rocky, their dog was a bonus! We would stay here again in the future!

I really like this house and the host is very friendly and responds very quickly. I booked this house for my mom and my younger brother as it was their first visit to the U.S. to attend my graduation ceremony. The neighborhood is very safe, and the house is warm and cozy! And also this is a safe and peaceful neighborhood, they are friendly! Highly recommended!

This house is incredible. The location is perfect, walking distance to many food and drink spots. There is an amazing coffee shop right on the corner. Sauna and soaking tub are relaxing. The house is clean and organized and has clear instructions. Hosts are helpful and knowledgable. Highly recommend!

Stayed for a long weekend and really enjoyed Jane’s condo! The apartment was very clean and welcoming with its decorations and amenities. It was the perfect size with a gorgeous West facing view that let in the afternoon sun while also being a perfect spot to see sunsets. The location is so easy and convenient, I never had issues with finding street parking and it’s a pleasant walk to the central part of Capitol Hill. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a nice Seattle getaway! I would definitely stay here again.

Dustin, Lyle, and Richard’s place was a great stay. They were very accommodating and allowed us to check-in early as we were driving in 3+ hours from the coast. Their place is local to the space needle/chihuly glass/pacsci and is walkable to the pike place public market. Their place was clean, comfortable and homey. We truly enjoyed our stay at their place and felt safe staying there. Thank you for hosting us!

Beautiful condo, full of amenities, comfy bed, gorgeous views. Perfect for longer stays. We were only there for a couple of nights, making it hard to justify all the air BnB fees, but not the hosts fault. Would certainly rent again when we have longer time to visit my grandsons.

Super location and the unit was very clean and updated. Brianna communicated well and provided clear instructions. Certainly will try and book again on next Seattle visit.

We had the most wonderful time staying at Lauren’s place over the long holiday weekend! The condo was lovely, very tidy, and we slept like babies in the super cozy bed. There were plenty of thoughtful touches throughout like flossers/q-tips in the bathroom, candies in the kitchen (a very welcome treat after our travel day), and there were even earplugs in the bedroom 🤣. We also really loved the neighborhood—LOTS of cute restaurants and shops, we really enjoyed the ice cream shop across the street and the yakitori spot a few blocks down. The weather was beautiful while we were there, so we even got to enjoy a beer out on the balcony in the sun. We had a rental car and it was easy to find parking every day (we parked near the high school and never had an issue). Highly recommend booking here for a great stay in Seattle!

Great studio and beautiful surroundings. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Walkable to downtown area, but we ended up driving to and fro. Friendly and responsive hosts.

Truly the center of the universe! Felt like we had our own little apartment for a week in Seattle, stocked with everything someone might forget to pack when they travel (floss, ziplock bags, etc.) Thank you Lessley for such a seamless stay!
